Went there for lunch with 11 people. Everything was good and a decent price. Staff seemed a little sleepy but were all very polite and accommodating to our large party. Little surprised that pizzas were served on cardboard and no serving utensils.

Dad is 87. He’s always liked Pizza Cottage. This new location was good for him because it’s closer than the Fair Ave. location. He likes the personal (7″) topped his way. We both ordered a personal size and when they came out it was more like 5.5 or 6″, and toppings were spare (at $10 each). Salad was also very small for $7+ each, although decent. So, 2 tiny little pizzas, an average salad each, and 2 beers for $40. Place was also not very clean, bathroom wasn’t clean and had no paper towels, and the staff seemed to have no real interest in doing the best job they could. Change would have to be pretty radical for us to try again. Don’t waste your money. Reputation doesn’t mean much anymore.

The East side location is terrible. Ordered a blt pizza with no tomato and a sub with no tomato. When I got home and opened everything up I saw that both had tomatoes and the pizza crust was burnt. I called to let them know and was repeatedly told I didn’t order from the east side because they couldn’t find my order from 15 minutes ago. They kept arguing that I must have ordered from the west side, even though I had my receipt with the order number and location. I finally talked to the manager who then hung up on me. I called back and he said he would refund my order back to my credit card. This was over a month ago and I never received the credit. I have always loved pizza cottage from the west side location but I will never order from either location because of the poor customer service.

Pick up order, noticed mediums instead of large when we arrived at home. Manager on shift told us the only way to rectify was to bring back the food for proof.
