Sometimes their pizza can taste dry and it is hard to eat it. The only problem is the customer service is not great when you call over the phone (they will hang up on you).

You get what you pay! Don’t spec good quality, toppings feel old and don’t taste good at all, chicken feels like was left out side all day long before putting it on the pizza. Reviews that said is the best pizza they ever had, probably is the only pizza they ever had.

This is not chicken. It was ROCK HARD, I literally could not eat it, video of how hard it was to break the “chicken” apart (made my fingers hurt). Very unhappy.

I Fn love this place!!! I always order from then but even though their busy, they still took my order. It did take about 2 hours but it’s worth the wait. I am a loyal customer and my experience so far, when they’re not busy they SAY it’s going to take 45 min to an hour, but I get it in 20 minutes. Tip please people!!! They are worth it. Thank you Pizza City!! I pick this over Little Cesar’s any day! Great prices too. Lots of love!!!

pizza is good. customer service sucks really arrogant people. I’ve order several times and i always end up angry about this place the guy over the phone super rude. one time i had an emergency and had to cancel my order ever since them the do not allow me to pay with my card which they always tell me the machine is broken and that has been since last summer mmm yeah so how is it possible that when my husbands calls the machine is no longer broke an is allowed to pay with card card . you have lost great customers. and guy on the phone please learn how to talk to customers in a not rude way

Used to be one of my favorite place but they have alot more orders now that everyone goes here so the food and service quality has dropped to where I don’t really like to go here anymore. Still better then little Cesars, if you need to feed the family on a budget come here just don’t expect the best pizza or service cause they can be kinda rude.

If I could give zero stars i would do just that.EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. if it weren’t for the good food I wouldn’t have an ounce of regret for writing a negative review. Please be prepared to be harassed over the phone about your phone number and told that you can’t make a phone order but must come to the business and wait 20 minutes for your pizza? RIDICULOUS.
