If I could give a 0 I would. To start, my food was delivered over an hour after I ordered. My food was ice cold with unmelted cheese and the wrong pizza. I’m an utterly baffled at how poor the customer service and quality of the food is. Coming from a professional background of over 10+ years in customer service and the food industry, I’ve never seen such a disgraceful presentation of a customers food, not to mention the audacity to serve and deliver it in that condition, LIKE IT WAS OKAY!!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and I HIGHLY recommend you do the same. No one should spend $35 for one pizza that isn’t even edible let alone the correct order. A disgrace.

I used to love the food here, but with the rising prices and quality going down I stopped going. Tonight was the biggest kicker. My dad got some soup for me since I’ve been sick, paid $8 for the saddest excuse for soup. The “broth” was barely flavored water, and maybe like 3 tiny pieces of chicken in this cup and a few small pieces of celery. More “broth” than anything. Campbell’s would have been better. Definitely the last time ordering.

I’d give it zero cause I get let down ordering here on a daily basis . The inconsistency on everything is crazy .the last 3 times I ordered a Buffalo cheese steak from them there has been no sign of Buffalo sauce on it so I order sauce on the side for extra all the time and they always forget to add it . Also the fries are different everytime . I don’t know if there’s always a new cook every day or what but they need to do better .

I would give it zero stars if possible. This place continues to go down hill. I ordered a large cheesesteak hoagie. What I got was an 8 inch roll with 6 inches of meat. No lettuce, no tomato. One inch on each side of the roll was dry bread. A total fail. I will never order from Pizza City again!

Changing my rating from 5 to 4. This is based on orders placed early in 2023. The pizzas used to be bigger. Their large pizza is $16. It says 16″ on the menu but I actually measured because it looked so small…it was just over 13″. Before this I had ordered a medium pizza for $14….again it was very small, I didn’t measure that one. Yes it is good, but it feels so small. Other places are cheaper for larger pizzas and just as good. They used to be the best but now it feels like you get a personal pizza for a lot more money. Their food is good (not just pizza, all their food is good), but not what I would call a good value.

We had our son’s 1st birthday party and we wanted to order pizzas. We asked if we could schedule the delivery 2 hours out from the time I called. From our initial call, to the delivery driver (right on time), we had a great experience! Everyone at our party loved the pizza! Thank you again, Pizza City!

We.ordered from them all rhe time food was good. We ordered june 17rh we were over charged 10 dollars for 2 salads when i only ordered 1 they said they credited my account and they didnt and still have not we also ordered a large chicken fingers and fries meal they only sent the chicken fingers we called them then they sent a kids meal we gave up will never order from them again. They need to train there ppl better

This is a little tiny store kind of off the beaten path, but I LOVE IT. Their food is very good and the portion sizes are fantastic. Do not judge a book by its cover. Yes, it’s not the prettiest or best kept dining area, but the food is really really good. Loved it. Also, very very friendly staff every time we’ve gone in.
