Best gluten-free pizza in the entire Portland metro area, and I have tried many. Plus, it’s even a good price, and the delivery is speedy. The crust is what makes it stand out, but they always have great sauce, fresh toppings, and don’t burn/overcook the crust, which can be tough with GF. I ask for light cheese, and they’re good about doing that, too.

I’ve been coming here for 30+ years. The toppings, sauce and cheese are great but I love this crust. Bottom of the pizza is buttery and crisp and the edge is just a tiny lip, so the topping cover most of the dough. I hope the dinning room opens again because of the train theme and atmosphere. Being next to Tigard bowl makes for a fun night out.

I see the delivery vehicles all the time and now I know why. Upon arrival I saw quite a fleet of trucks. Impressive operation. I was again impressed when I went inside for my take out. The kitchen is within view of the counter and it was all hands on deck and appeared operationally sound. The pizza however was a little underwhelming from a flavor perspective. I thought it didn’t present a strong enough flavor profile. That said, I do think the ingredients are quality and the crust is a very good medium, almost deep dish like, build. The crust has a great profile!

I absolutely love this place. Been eating here for 20 years. By far the best Pizza Place around. Staff is always friendly, food is fantastic, and the theming of the restaurant is really cool. My only complaint is that I wish the store was open for dine in more often because I love being surrounded by the train stuff.

Pizza Caboose is easily my favorite pizza. Imagine the most American pizza you can then make it with great ingredients. This place is incredibly good, and the whimsy of the restaurant pleases my nieces and nephews.

We did a pick up order. The Hawaiian pizza was delicious! Just the right amount of toppings. I really did enjoy also that the staff were very diligent of food allergies as I have a few odd ones.

SUCH good pizza!! The crust was fluffy and crispy, it wasn’t drowning in pizza sauce, and the meat was really good and not greasy. Delivery took about an hour, but it was understandable that they’d be super busy – it’s worth the wait!!

When I first moved to this area, I would frequent Pizza Caboose. It was alright in the beginning, a bit pricey for super basic stuff, and then the quality went absolutely downhill. I was receiving very raw and uncooked pizza dough that ruined the taste of their pizza for me. I know they normally have a thicker dough but it was almost completely uncooked. I would skip this establishment.
