They can’t read the order correctly. Was supposed to get 2 flavors of wings only received the one flavor. It was delivery. Manager wants me to give him back the 6 wings for their mistake. Manager tried to blame me when all I did was use their online system. Terrible customer service

Food was NASTY!! I ordered 2 Gyro and a order of gravy fries with gravy on the side. The pita bread on the gyro was soggy, there was such a little amount of tzaziki sauce you couldn’t tell there was any.. the fries were cold and soggy, the gravy was cold and there wasn’t enough gravy for even a tenth of the large order of fries

I placed an online order tonight. My order was wrong. I contacted the store and was left on hold multiple times waiting for the “manager” the manager comes on the phone and begins to tell me how I messed up and berate and belittle me. He continued on and I asked for his name he then continued talking and told me he didn’t have to give me his name. He then hung up on me. I called back and asked the person who answered the phone for the managers name he transferred me back to the manager.who then began to belittle me again. I again asked for his name and he again Hung up on me. He was very rude very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I will never again order from pizza bolis. The service was disgusting and if that’s who you have managing your store then that’s a shame

We placed our order with Ricardo he was especially good at reviewing our order to ensure it was placed correctly. He has excellent customer service skills. Our order was delivered super quick and the cheese steak subs were packed with meat and generous portions of toppings, our fries were fresh and still hot, our drinks were cold. We will continue to order from them. It is so hard in our area to get service and good food in a quick fashion. Thank you Ricardo you are awesome. It all starts with the phone call.

Have been having problems every time I order from here just like tonight for example I ordered a sub and it came with a ton of fried onions which I didn’t order. I spend over $25 or more on orders from there every other day almost and food comes messed up this will be the last time I order from here food is good but when u pay good money and tip well the food should come out the way it was ordered not missing stuff cold or have extra topping I order online too so I don’t understand the confusion.
