I ordered and medium pizza and a cheesesteak…. Wont ever order from here again. After an hour of my food not being delivered I call and was told the driver was on the way. It took and additional 15 minutes before my food arrived and I was located 5 minutes away from the restaurant.

I order some food from here last year haven’t order again because the food was so burnt it wasn’t no meat in the fish. I got a fish sub the cheese was burnt to on it. It was terrible and they didn’t care or try to fix it when I called they gave me the run around that whole week. So I haven’t order from them since.

The only thing i liked and was cooked correctly was my pizza! They gave me the wrong fries. No sauce. Burnt cookie pie and tenders. The guy on the phone rushed through the call, even after i asked him to slow down! If you want pizza. That is the only thing they can do right!

I have been ordering from the Charles St location for awhile! Large orders at that! Placed an order on the website, which I’ve ordered before, deleted everything on the pizza, except pepperoni. Called the store, they say it’s not their fault and won’t send a replacement, then put me whole and never came back! Called again, same result! Sooo disappointing!

I ordered some jalapeño poppers and a philly cheesesteak sub from this place tonight. As I was eating the sub, I suddenly bit down on something hard. I wound up removing this weird hunk of plastic from the sub. When I tried calling them to explain what I found, they just hung up on me.
