I called pizza boli at 10.20pm and asked for non spicy pizza. Lady informed me that chicken bar b que and chicken fajita are non spicy. I said ok do medium fajita. When I got that after 45min it’s so spicy that no one could eat it. It was a waste of money, food and time.

The guy who answered the phone today June 9th 2023 8:45pm was VERY rude and argumentative. I asked him what the specials were, he told me, I asked for two large pizzas and then I said never mind I’ll take two medium pizzas. He told me to get off the phone and call back when I make my mind up… I asked him was he okay he told me something must be wrong with me and to hurry up and order. I told him the toppings I wanted on my pizza. After giving my card number I told him I hope he has a better day. He told me his day is great when he doesn’t have to deal with ppl like me…. Like what? he needs to be fired. I don’t trust him with my food.

Pizza was good but the cookie pie was awful! I wasn’t expecting Pizza Hut quality but for $8, I thought atleast it should be eatable. But we received burned cookie pie, hard like rock. Very disappointed!

I went here for the first time and got pizza, wings, and a sub. The Manager said we can have a soda for free. I went here again and got wings, a sub, and a free soda. The people here are very kind and generous. Their store hours are perfect. This is the best Pizza Boli’s location in Maryland.

We had a corporate picnic for 50 people and Shan of Security Pizza Bolis location went above and beyond to make this event a success. The food was delicious, the service was great and on time. Shan even came back to bring us extra plates, drinks and French fries. He was in contact with me during the event making sure everything is OK and asking if we need anything else. It was my daughters birthday weekend and I had a house full of preteen girls for a sleepover. They got hungry around 12am so I tried to order a pizza from this pizza boli’s. I spoke to the manager “Sean” who explained to me that they had a medical emergency with their cook and weren’t taking anymore orders. In conversation, I mentioned my daughters birthday not expecting anything of it. This man literally went out his way and personally made a extra large pizza for us before he got off work and had it delivered to my front door free of charge for the inconvenience. He even contacted me to make sure the pizza was delivered and that we were satisfied with it. He went above and beyond and I’m more than grateful! Service was exceptional and the pizza was delicious !!! I will definitely be giving this location my business again, no question!!
