This is one of the best PB franchises in the area. I’ve never had an issue even with customization for food allergies. They’re quick, delicious and the delivery staff are very professional. Definitely worth the effort to order from them vs certain other delivery chains…

I have had Pizza Boli’s before, and it is decent pizza. But the pizza I had tonight from the Wisconsin Ave. store was inedible. I literally threw it away after one piece. No flavor. It was like eating cardboard. Even the toppings had no flavor. Hope this was just an off night. Will give them another chance. Wonder if others have had a similar problem recently.

Ordered food last Sunday, and let’s say it was ok, but what bothered me was the delivery guy, wanted to give him some tip, had a 20$ and instead of giving me back 15$ (I didn’t have smaller bills) he have me 7 or 8. Shame on me for not checking it but I was real hungry. Didn’t have the chance to order Chinese because they were not working on Sunday. Next time I’ll get something directly from the airport instead.

I ordered the 9 wing special online to pick up. Unfortunately the online ordering system needs work as it tried to upcharge blue cheese when it states it comes with the special. I explain this to the gentleman in front and he refuses to give me a blue cheese, saying he can’t do anything. How can you not give me the blue cheese that was promised? He brings a superior to which I explained everything again and ONLY then did they take my order back. The attitude made me doubtful they resolved the matter so I open the bag to check if it had blue cheese and the man proceeded to get upset and yell “I just put it there!”. To which I responded that I’m allowed to check my order because its not the first time I’m missing items and there’s no need to get upset. He simply said “THEN GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!”. I’d love to go and order at another pizza bolis, but unfortunately you’re the only one located in uptown, but the behavior from staff really makes it unwelcoming. And soo stingy with their sauces and ketchup! There needs to be a change in staff or management in the evening hours because their attitude is pitiful and laughable. It’s not a first time thing either, but they should be aware of it. All over blue cheese, you’re arguing with me over blue cheese…

Honestly this is the best pizza I’ve had in my life. I’ve ordered from this chain dozens of times and EVERY single time it’s absolutely amazing. The toppings, the crust, the size, and don’t get me started on the WINGS!! On top of that, the delivery is one of the fastest ever. Never comes late and always hot and warm. Whatever you guys are doing, don’t stop. 10/10 very satisfied costumer

I’d like to think that, being a pizza chain, that all the location serve up the same quality pies but I found that to not necessarily be true. While the pizza is good the Tenleytown shop just seems better. The staff is friendly and the guys have a good sense of humor. My orders are always ready on time and hot out of the oven. I will, sometimes, drive from east of the park to that store even though there’s a Dominoes within walking distance from my home.

I place an order with some chicken wings, I got the wings but not the hot sauce, i call to complain they send me the sauce but when the sauce arrived the wings were already cold and I only get 8 chicken boneless! I order 12 ! Terrible service !!!!
