Normally I order the finicky cheesesteak and it’s delicious. No problems. Today we ordered and there’s barely steak on the hoagies. Using cheese as the filler…. Shame on you! You raised the price which is fine but to literally have no steak on the sandwich is a bit too cheap. I will think again before ordering from here for a while. I ordered two cheesesteaks and both look just the same.

Was in PA working all the way from Tx. Was looking for some pizza when I got off and this came up on my google maps. Same name as an old place in San Antonio. Pizza was good ordered 2 slices, not knowing the size or the cost lol. Waited inside about 10-15min no biggie. Pizza was so hot I drove halfway back to my hotel before I pulled over to eat. Something has changed, and not for the better. My girlfriend and I ordered subs and wings for pickup and once we got home and unpacked the food she noticed her hot ham and cheese was missing both the lettuce and raw onion she likes. Understood this isn’t a regular menu item but she asks the cold ham and cheese sub be toasted with tomato, lettuce, raw onion, and mayo instead of just mustard. Generally, but not always, the sub is made correctly so I can’t say I was too surprised by this. I ordered the hot chicken garden sub and as usual I got the worst part of the tomato. Green, cut down to the stump. Plus they’re either using a new supplier for their chicken tenders or they are leaving them in the cooker too long. They were dried out and way too dark. To go on a little more, the wings had a very strong vinegar taste. Totally different than what we are used to. I understand sometimes businesses have an off day when food isn’t coming out quite right but when you’re spending $40 on subs and wings it would be nice if they could at least get the order correct.

We have ordered from here a few times now… each time I am very disappointed with them… so many good reviews but yet to have a positive experience… tonight was my finally straw… I waited almost 2 hrs for delivery… 44.01 worth of food to get it for it to be ice cold…you ask me to tip when I pay with a credit card… tipping is based off of customer service… waiting 2 hrs to get your food for it to be ice cold and the delivery person to be eeehhh with you… I am all good with good tips and tipping before hand… this isn’t the first time either that’s the thing… I have even paid cash to see if that was the difference and it wasn’t

Have always loved their food and are most definitely “frequent flyers”, but we have noticed Pizza Bella Ashley has gone downhill terribly lately. We ordered a thick crust pizza tonight and it was pathetically thin for “thick crust”, definitely not as thick as times past. According to the employee, they double the dough. If we got double dough then it’s proof how sadly thin their regular pizza has become. Ordered red garlic buffalo bites and got mild. Not the biggest deal, mistakes happen They did replace the buffalo bites, as they should. But, rather than being apologetic that we had to make another trip there after their screw up (which was their mistake, as they ran the wrong thing up when taking the order), the employee acted as though she was doing me a favor by replacing my order with what I ordered in the first place, zero consideration that gas is $5/gallon and we had to return. Bare minimum customer service and some of the employees are super snarky. As far as the pizza goes, we actually started ordering thick crust because their regular crust got so pathetically thin. The prices have skyrocketed and the service and quality has noticeably plummeted. At first, we thought it was just a fluke (everyone has an off day), but it’s become the consistent norm with the past several orders we’ve received. It’s far too expensive to keep rolling the dice hoping for the quality that once was Pizza Bella- Ashley. Such a shame!

1st visit , on the way to airport . Great pizza , crust fantastic , really good pepperoni and a nice fresh sauce !! ROLLTIDE! Even my driver enjoyed it . They were busy , but got us in and out in &out in 10. Will stop again .
