Pizza was under cooked! Looked nothing like the pictures! Sauce is a sweet based sauce. Ordered BBQ wings asked for crispy got under cooked wings. Everything was like it was rushed. Very disappointed

Had there flyer and order at the hotel I was in. It did not have the price of delivery charge on the flyer then he charged me $8 for delivery. I had a coupon for $9.99 and then charged the $8. Would have been nice to know the flyer would actually say that. Wanted to pay on the phone with credit card and the guy tells me the delivery driver would take care of that. Delivery guys comes and had to call store to charge me. Then the guy at store was having a hard time hearing me on giving card number. While trying to give him card number the guy at the store gave me straight attitude while I was being patient and inconvinced. Felt more bad for the driver since it took him 5 calls to get a hold the people at the store. Never ordering from here again. Just rude.

I’m not gonna lie, I don’t know how you screw up pizza. But they’ve managed to do it, it’s absolutely disgusting. Gotta pizza in a Pasta, The pizzas cheeses like was like plastic and taste like Sewage and the Pasta turn out more like a soup. Everything head this background chemical taste to it. Worst $37 I’ve ever spent.

Menu was on floor when entering room. We decided to order. Order was wrong. Took about an hr for delivery. Daughter wanted spaghetti. The pasta stank as soon as opening plate. We immediatly called to let them know since they were suppose to be bringing the rest of the order. Well no answer from them anymore. Dont waste your money this place is not worth it!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered delivery from Gunter Hotel. They charged me $20 for a pizza, then 2 weeks later charged my card $60! Pizza arrived cold and an hour and a half after I called. Now I have to dispute it with my bank all for a medium pizza. $80 taken from me for a cold medium pizza. Absolutely ridiculous don’t give them your card information and on top of that everytime I have called they fail to answer. So obviously they know what they’re doing. SCAMMERS

In San Antonio for weekend festivities. Flyer was in hotel room when we checked in so decided to try it out. Placed an order for delivery at9:30pm and get a text my order was ready for pick up at 10:15pm so I call and no answer get a call back from a guy saying they have no drivers. So I drive 20min across San Antonio to pick up my order pull up to location and it’s closed. Not a soul in sight so I go into the business next door which is a smoke shop and the guy has no clue about the pizza business. Beware potential late night scam! Luckily sliace refunds in these situations
