I’ve never had any major issues with this place. The burgers are amazing, and the hot sub boys in blue is wonderful! Pizza is always hot when we get it. Order from them at least once a month. Been ordering since 2012. Love this place they are friendly every time I talk to them. No one is perfect but they sure try to be the best for customers love them. 🙂

When my husband suggested 911 pizza I didn’t want to. My service and quality of food the last time was awful. But I believe on second chances and said ok. Bad decision. My calzone was so soupy it was inedible. Because of the hour that we had gone there to me it was too late to do anything about it. I kept the uneaten calzone and called the next evening. I didn’t ask for a refund just a redo. They refused. They stated that because I didn’t call the night I received the product that I couldn’t get anything for the bad food. I ordered a spinach feta and mozzarella calzone. Since when do you get slices of tomatoes in this calzone. When I made the order she asked me if I wanted anything else in the calzone and I told her no. Just the feta spinach and cheese. Why the tomatoes??? When I asked for the corporate number they refused the owner they refused saying the owner doesn’t get involved in the daily works of the business. So I asked for the manager and was told he wasn’t there. Unfortunately you can’t feel the pizza but it’s the next day and I just moved it and the dough is still sopping wet. Totally inedible. If I could give a negative I would have. I do not recommend this place at all

Waited over an hour for our food only to get the wrong thing. Got a plain undercooked cheese calzone with nothing on it. Ordered a pepperoni calzone with sweet chili sauce on the side. Son got chicken fingers on a sub roll with nothing on it as well. Almost all the good was wrong. Absolutely Ridiculous. Spent $80 and over hour wait time you would think the food would at the very least be correct. Or maybe double checked before being sent out the door.

I haven’t been to Pizza 911 for a while before today. I used to love the food there. However, I ordered a chicken parmigiana sub and French fries. The chicken was like petrified wood and I had to ask three times for my fries. I remembered paying the bill at the end of the meal before. Now they asked for payment first. I can understand why. If I had to pay after on this occasion I would have fought a bit. NEVER AGAIN.

Whoever was in the kitchen at the Webster street location at 5pm, you deserve a HUGE raise!! Pizza was fantastic, and so were our chicken tenders. Delivery was as fast as they could be for a Friday, everything was hot when it arrived.

Loved Pizza 911! We were passing through town and thought we would give it a try and we were very pleased. The wings were incredibly well-breaded and the pizza was perfectly toasted on the bottom. Anytime we are in the area, we hope to stop by now!

Food was fantastic. But the girl behind the counter was not. I have never been treated with such condescending rude behavior. It was saturday night i may have had the munchies but my companions just got out of work. We were treated like absolute trash by this individual it went as far as her giving us the stink eye and glaring at us while we quietly waited for our food. It made us extremely uncomfortable and it turned into a hostile enviroment facilitated by the cashier.We live down the road and its convieniant to be so close. but we will order on the app from now on. Until a new cashier is hired. this specific individual is not equipped to be in customer service in any capacity. If she worked in my store? She would have been fired. Please retrain your front end staff in proper customer service etiquette. Thank you.

These guys just refuse to get my orders right, pretty simple, small pepperoni and mushroom pizza,,,, 40 mins later they tell me that they messed this up again, thats 3 times in a row you guys could not get this right. 3 strikes and your out, i will never eat there again and i will tell everyone i know how bad your service is.

Webster st,, Manchester,, NH location.. Hit or miss with this place. Ordered large cheese pizza for us. The pizza was as thin as paper, very little cheese, and had the texture of cardboard. They have been low on dough.. See pics
