At first walk in, it was not busy. A couple tables were dirty, one plates and dirty napkins and the other with bread crumbs. The cashier and server seem friendly. Got two pizzas, meat lovers and Hawaiian. Both were amazing. Soda also tastes really good here. I’d give it 5 stars if/when my next experience improves.

Really friendly owners. Got take out with a buffalo chicken pizza for my son and my wife and I split a Spinach Roasted Garlic Ricotta with Cauli crust. Son really liked the buffalo chicken and we both really enjoyed our pizza and the amazing cauli crust! Not too greasy and nice thin and crisp crust. These are some pricey pies, but worth it for some of their unique flavor combinations. And I love to support locally owned businesses. They also have a gelato bar that looked amazing but they don’t have that up for take-out orders yet (unless you order once you get there). They said they were thinking about how to do that given their frequent flavor rotations. They also have specials that aren’t on the online page, so you should call and order if you’re interested in those.

@pizza22sd in Escondido was for dinner tonight! They just opened up a few weeks ago, so you know I had check them out! They have a good sized menu and they even have Gelato (I’ll be back for that part)…

Great Pizza! Family business. The Staff were lovely. We got the Fig & Proscuitto pizza and the works. The crust was awesome. The Fig pizza was the best I have ever had and I don’t usually like fig pizza.

I love Elmisa Café for breakfast, so I was excited to find out that the owners opened a pizza restaurant. Last weekend, I tried their Spinach Roasted Garlic Ricotta White Pie. Based on my initial experience, this is a solid 3-star restaurant. While I really appreciate the diverse menu of pizzas, I found the pizza quality/taste to be good, but not great. Given this, it’s hard for me to justify paying $20 for a 10” pizza with cauliflower crust and a fair to low amount of toppings.

We went here for the first time this week and had Pizza and their greek salad. We also shared the strawberry gelato. We are regulars at Elmisa cafe, so it was nice to see that this family run business is expanding and to see familiar faces. The food and service were excellent, and we are excited to go back and try their sandwiches the next chance we get.
