Waste of time! If you have limited time, such as only 30 min for lunch and try to order online, YOU ARE STILL FORCED TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE TO GET IT. The doors are LOCKED, and they WILL NOT let you in. I ordered 15 minutes early online, but then still waitrd 18 minutes in the drive thru line to get it. The only thing ordering ahead does is ensure your food is good and cold when you finally get it. I WONT BE BACK.

Loved going to another location in college and hard to find one these days and really excited when I saw there was one close to me in Kent. Unfortunately because of their hours of operation make it nearly impossible for me to go there as I work during the day and they aren’t open on the weekends.

I’ve never head an issue with ordering from here until today, unfortunately. It’s a 40 minute drive roundtrip from our office so it’s a little out of the way. I was given a wrap that had feta cheese and I have Crohns so I can’t consume dairy (I’m super lactose intolerant). Had to throw the whole thing away. Bummer.
