They rushed to get my order done and they even walked it out too me, exceptional service provided. The cashiers were quite helpful when it came to ordering they had a positive attitude! 10/10. They even offered a free raspberry treat! Will be back!

Just after noon on a Saturday no one else in the store when we went to pick our veggies all of the bins were a mess pieces mixed in everywhere. 3 pieces of pineapple in the bin with dark white juice in the bin. We each took one bite and thought something was off. We didn’t take another bite and left.

The greek pita was delicious, but a little spendy for the size. Not enough seating, dirty tables, soda machine out of syrup. The lady who took our order was impatient and treated us like we were an inconvenience.

Never been to a Pita Pit before until today with my daughter. It had a good vibe, it definitely gave me Subway vibes. More so how the layout was and how you order. The employees were great and its definitely a good place to get in and get out, if thats what you’re looking for. I gave four stars for “food” because they didn’t have bacon at the time for the pita I had ordered (baja chicken bacon ranch) They did offer extra chicken with no extra charge, which was awesome! Unfortunately, there aren’t many of these restaurants around where I live so I most likely won’t drive out of my way to go to one. If I’m in the area, I’d definitely make it a top spot to eat at.

wow, it was exactly what one would expect from teenaged customer service—zero enthusiasm, no friendly smile, and they didn’t bother to inform me that they were out of one of the main ingredients of my order until i’d already paid. So i had to walk down the street to another restaurant and BUY the rest to actually get what i’d ordered in the first place.

This is the second visit. On the first visit the young man told us they were so backed up with orders it would be at least an hour, we left.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. I had the Fajita Pita and was impressed by the subtleties and composition of the wrap. The food is somewhat expensive, and the store isn’t as well-mantained as it could’ve been, but the delicious food easily leaves the biggest impression in my mind.

Don’t bother using the app. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve used it and received a totally messed up order. It doesn’t matter if they’re slow or busy. The majority of the time they completely make it the opposite of what you ordered. The items are CLEARLY listed on the order, for example “cheddar tzatziki, onions” and you’ll wind up with “bbq sauce, tomato’s and feta”. I work downtown and usually have very little time to grab lunch. When you get back to job site only to find your pita inedible, it makes for a very long and hungry afternoon. I’m done with this place.

Disgustingly unsanitary employees. One of them wore gloves, but had her hair dangling in my wrap the entire time she was making it. The other one had her hair up, but used her bare hands to make the wrap and mash the falafel with her fingers after she had been working at the cash register. I’m too non-confrontational to say anything, so I just took the food, walked out, and threw it away. Gross.

Don’t order from them for delivery. Always out of something. Bags, napkins, drinks, menu items, etc. They make substitutions without asking the customer and without thinking about possible allergies. They don’t update the Doordash pads to remove items they don’t carry so people just keep ordering them. Nonexistent management.
