To be completely honest, the ambiance looks nice, but the service was absolutely terrible. The hookah was alright, definitely had better hookah in other parts of the valley. The branding on the water bottles is a nice touch but I wanted iced water in a cup with the hot AZ weather. I don’t think I’d come back…

I had a great meal at Pita House! Firstly, I had some dietary requirements that were not on their menu. However, they quickly adjusted the ingredients to accommodate those needs. The wait staff was awesome too. I really enjoyed talking with them.

We arrived at 7pm on Saturday, the whole restaurant was empty. Things went downhill from there. Wife had to use the restroom and she saw roaches in there. I can only hope the kitchen was clean. They don’t serve water here but sell a tiny bottle of water for $3 (stores sell 24 of those for $4). The menus look old and dirty, and they should replace them. The falafel sandwich looked sad with tiny little falafels.

My family and I went here for lunch recently and did not have a good experience. Pictured is the gyro plate and I was disappointed to pay $15 for this plate. I’ve had Mediterranean food before and the taste of the gyro and the tahini was bland in comparison to other chain Mediterranean places like Cava.

Just stopped in to get a TO-GO Falafel Pita to grab some lunch.. Never in my life have I ordered a Falafel Pita and my Falafel is mashed up inside the pita and to top it all off there was a BLACK HAIR in my food. I should have known to turn around and left after NO one was wearing masks and after using the restroom which smelled HORRIBLE and was super dirty! NEVER AGAIN!!

Oh no!! 2nd time giving this restaurant a chance, such a bad experience! Grabbed a couple gyros and and a chicken shwarma and I have been paying for it all day. 100% sure the tzatziki was expired, It tasted sour but I just shrugged it off due to that being the only flavor throughout both sandwiches. Not only did I get violently sick with diarrhea, the food was also HORRIBLE. The gyro was dry, bland, and burnt, with the char and sour sauce being the main flavor throughout. Don’t get me started on portion size… No amount of hookah or bottled water could save this. Zero clue how anyone raves about the quality of the food

Food is okay. The lobby is really dirty, which makes me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen. I felt a little sketchy about my order.

Service here was terrible. I didnt even order because of how rude the staff was to someone else. Looks like a cool spot at night.

this is my favorite hookah place in town, i come to this place regularly and I order a Lemon mint hookah, free WiFi and the best partying on the weekend with, in my opinion, best DJ in AZ, every weekend, he plays all kind of music which I really enjoy. Their food is deish!! best hommus and tabbouleh Ive had in the US, I definitely recommend this place
