My wife and I along with my daughter stopped there for a quick breakfast conveniently located right off the freeway and inside casino Morongo.. we were quickly greeted and our orders taken.. the food was great modest portions and the service was quick and efficient.. not bad.. over all I’d say it was a good visit.. fairly priced.. would definitely stop there again for a quick bite

We drive over an hour to come for the fish and chips because it’s the best. But yesterday was the last day we will ever go. Service was the worse and it wasn’t just our table. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take order or offer drinks. 36 minutes for food to come after we ordered. Waitress never came back after she dropped food off. No refills on drinks. No condiments. Not short staffed as 4 waitresses stood on back wall talking. Very disappointing!

On our way to Indio for a bowling sweepstakes and made a “pit stop” at the pit stop diner. Madison took good care of us. My steel cut oatmeal was delish and my husband’s breakfast burger was wonderful. Cooked perfect to order and crispy fries to top it off. We will be back! As a footnote the casino has some reel slots which is a win for me!
