This business is doing something wrong. There have been several occasions that we show up for the menudo buffet and they say that they run out. They open at 8:00 am and we show up at 9:30 am to be told that they don’t have any menudo left. They need to plan the making of the menudo. If they close at 5:30 pm, how do they expect to sell menudo after 9:30 am. Seems like they just want to make the sale for the day so they have enough for their vacation. Thinking of cutting the vacation fund from us. Very disappointed.
