Horrible experience, I read at the pickup window, there is a 5 minute refund policy. At least they have an exit strategy for retaining your money. I drove 15 minutes away and realized that there was a baseball sized wad of Peanut butter in the middle of my shake. It was the nastiest ,most expensive milkshake that now is being cleaned up from my car, after the lid came off, because the dome lid with the hole on the top fits a plastic cup way better not a foam cup.The foam cup is way cheaper and for good reason,, out of 5.90 if there was 90 cents vested in that ,I’d say their 5 dollar gross profit pays the bills fairly well.I gave one star , because at least they could make change from a dollar. In pre covid-19 days,, I bet this place rocked. As is , I wouldn’t bet the farm on it, but I’d give it 4 weeks or when someone’s savings/401k is exhausted that it’s closed.
