Bar menu was very limited. The food really had no flavor. But the meat were salty.

Food is horrible. No flavor and dry. Asked for extra green sauce for the 5 people I ordered for and they only gave us 4 small sauce cups. Highly wouldn’t recommend if you needed a meal in Hartford.

Piolín has some of the most amazing food choices. From poultry, beef, pork or Seafood. There’s a full service bar if you are looking for a cocktail. Family oriented, so you can bring your kids as well. The service is top notch. Wait staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you haven’t sampled Peruvian food this is the place to start.

Just reading the reviews, I had been to this restaurant 1 time before when it first relocated here. It was great food and service at the previous location so I was happy to see they have a nicer location. I have moved out of state, but I try to come to this restaurant for the Peruvian flavor when I come back to visit. It’s been a while, but just looking at these reviews, makes me want to go elsewhere… I don’t want risk being totally turned off of this place, so I will try another establishment… Thanks to the reviewers for giving their take.

Worst service that any restaurant could have! I called and placed an order of approximately 3 dinners. They forgot one of the meals in a $70+ tab, and I didn’t realize when I picked up the order. When I called back they said they had to check their surveillance cameras. Like are you kidding. They also charge extra for paying with your credit card.

Gave us white rice. Ordered yellow rice. Would not swap out the rice. We order here 1X every 2 weeks. We will never order from them again. Don’t waste your time here.
