Love this place, coffee is solid, baked goods are tasty, and they have created a beautiful space inside with tons of plants and color. I wish they had more comfortable seating for if someone wanted to spend a little extra time there reading, but it seems like most of their business is drive thru, so I’m sure it’s not their top priority.

Cute spot with a nice vibe and lovely decor, however the coffee did not impress. I usually get a double shot of espresso my first time at any cafe as a sort of litmus test to see how good the coffee is and I just about spit it out first sip. It was horrid tasting. It had an after taste that will make your butt pucker.

Great little coffee shop with some local flavors. The Pinon cold brew had the right amount of flavor for me.

First time to this location, they only offer hot drinks in 12 or 20 ounces. I asked the lady through the drive thru and she didn’t care. Said she just works here. I asked why they offer their cold drinks in small medium and large but not their hot drinks? I asked to pass it on to her manager she didn’t even care. I told her to take the sign that says “See you tomorrow” down because I won’t be.

I only ever get a black coffee, but the prices went up and it’s now almost $4 without a tip for a large. The most recent time I went, the coffee was also way too hot when it was given to me, I burned myself with it.

I am not from New Mexico originally but when I moved here I became OBSESSEDDDD with getting coffee from Piñon. Everyone that works here is so nice and consistent. They are all wonderful people making amazing coffee. Dutch bros is TRASH and has nothing on Piñon coffee. Everyone that works here deserves a raise and is super cute, so if you come here as a customer you better tip them!
