The New England Clam Chowder was BIZARRELY good, I couldn’t believe my tongue. We shared a bread bowl and it was a bit too small for two. The bread is good, but the bread bowl ends up being too much bread for too little chowder.

I saw this sign and ok … I Decided to try the clam chowder. Now, I have had some really great bowls of clam chowder having spent many years in Boston. I ordered the clam chowder in a bread bowl. It was pretty great! Thanks for some great soup! The bread was sourdough and excellent. I will go back!

Eat here instead of at Pike Place Market next door! Super busy but the line moves fast. We had two large chowders – scallop with cream and dill, and crab & oyster with chorizo. Both were fantastic and very filling, come with bread and oyster crackers. Get it to go (very limited seating) and walk over to Pike Place Market to sit in one of the public seating areas over the water. Great lunch!

Chowder is consistently good. This menu in this location varies slightly from the original location as this outlet offers cobos of fish and chips and a more limited chowder menu.

I was really looking forward to having a lobster roll so we came to this place. Just like all the other websites, there pictures are not updated & are misleading. You don’t get a full size lobster roll, just a tiny 3 in slice. The lobster tasted ok, a little dry, but the bread was good. The chowder was very good, lots of clams, but again just a small bowl. The combo comes with a soda, All for $36+. I should’ve taken a picture of my meal but forgot. 2 of these meals + 15% tip came up to $93. Really not worth it. The portions we’re very disappointing.

The greatest chowder I’ve ever eaten! I’m quite serious. The lobster roll was excellent and loved the Rainier beer.

4 mini bowls set will be a great options for trying plenty of flavors within a budget. A long queue in front of the store before opening is expected. Overall it’s delicious and we are very contented!
