Ordered a Brisket sandwich for $10. Usually when we drive by, it’s closed, so I had to try it. The sandwich was on a bun like you’d get for a hamburger and the brisket was very good, but there was very little of it! In fact, if there was any less meat on it, you couldn’t really call it a sandwich! It was more like a slider. I don’t know why it was so skimpy on the meat, after all, that’s what you want, brisket, when you order something like that. No option for sizes, like Junior, or Large (which I would have ordered). The best BBQ I’ve ever had! I’ve been at the Pig Park a number of times. I’ve heard grown men from TX say that this is every bit as good as anything in TX. Great service! Good people! Great food. A touch high in price but well worth it. You can buy bulk quantities to bring home as a component of your dinner or BBQ or just buy something, like a sandwich, for on the go. Service is great and they do their best to make sure you have a good experience. Highly recommended.

This roadside BBQ joint deserves tons of praise. Since day 1, the owner and his wife have done everything right. From fair prices, good portions, great food and polite friendly conversation, its all well done. Plenty of choices of meats and fixings allow flexibility when trying to please picky eaters.
