Visiting from out of town, decided to check this place out. Wow these ribs were SO good. Also ordered brisket, Brunswick stew, and sweet potato “crunch.” I could not figure out if it was a side dish or dessert but my goodness was it ever so delicious! Don’t skip it if you like anything that involves sweet potatoes-trust me. Not only was the food excellent, but the pricing is actually much less than a lot of BBQ I’ve tried elsewhere.

Yummy BBQ with a variety of options. Chopped BBQ, brisket, ribs, etc. Lots of sides to choose from with hush puppies and sweet potato souffle fan faves. Definitely try the brisket and ribs.

We love eating here, it’s hands down the best BBQ that I’ve ever had. I’m so glad that this place is local to us. I can’t recommend this place enough. The food is always great and the people that work there are great also. My family goes there once a week.

Absolutely amazing ribs and hush puppies! Got some of each to enjoy for lunch the next day. Also recommend the peach cobbler and sweet potato crunch. House made sauces in different spice levels. Lots of food for the price. Very attentive staff. Literally drove 3 hours down from North Carolina just to eat here. Will go again if I’m ever back in the area!

First time here after passing it many times and Wow is our reaction! The staff was friendly, nice atmosphere, and very clean. The food was cooked perfectly and prices wasn’t bad. OMG the peach cobbler was amazing, the best we ever had! The portions was just enough for one person, I had to take some pulled pork to go. We will definitely be back.

The ribs were amazing!! Very meaty and cooked perfectly! Chicken halves were delicious as well! Potato salad was so good and I was happy because it didn’t have onions in it. Baked beans were good but a bit too spicy for us. Extremely satisfied with the food and prices. Only suggestion was to take down the amount of heat in the baked beans! We will definitely be coming back and suggesting PigOut #2 to friends and family!

Personally, these guys have the best BBQ, brisket, ribs, and chicken in town. My personal favorite is the Ribs. This is my standard by which I judge everyone else’s. And so far, no one in town measures up. Their brisket melts in your mouth. Sides are good. Open dining room, no private seating. If you are looking for good food, eat here. If you’re looking for atmosphere head on downtown.
