Always excellent food. BBQ, Burgers and more. We visit once a week, if our family could afford eating out every day, it would be every day. The food is great, we drive 20 min to eat there, and it’s worth it. The staff is great, full of fun and spirit, polite and just a bucket of honey and spice. Clean, smells great and easy on the budget. We feed 3 people, stuffing them for less then $40.00. Thanks !!

Good BBQ, and good service. I liked the home style BBQ sauce. It’s not the smokey Texas style BBQ meat that I usually eat, but the prices aren’t too bad and the food was fresh. The antique decorations are fun to look at as you’re waiting for your food.

It was ok. Ordered takeout. They forgot out Texas toast with order. Ordered two meals only got one set of sides. Bbq sauce was ok, I’ve had better. Baked beans were really good. Loved the way the make the coleslaw as in how fine it is but very bland…

Tried to call in an order and the woman who answered said she’d be right back with me. Okay, no problem. Then I proceeded to listen to her have a conversation with someone about how she cant leave state because she has felonies. Okay, whatever. But after 2 minutes that conversation ended and I still sat for another minute while no one picked the phone up. Didnt even get to try the food because apparently business isn’t the first priority. Wont attempt it again.

We’ve only ate here a handful of times, but last time we ordered a to go fish basket, I only got two little pieces of catfish, not worth the $11… they could of have a bigger portion but for some reason they thought that was acceptable. Totally disappointed.

This place is very nice. Home made food. Friendly staff. Excellent . Fair prices. Just a great home town atmosphere. They make you feel like family here. Great food ribs,fish,chicken,best taters like mom makes. Very Impressed. We will be back. Yall come try this !!!!!!

Called in an order for the office. Our pickup person had to wait an additional 30 minutes because they didn’t cook the whole order. Missing fries in one order, another got pork instead of links and a hair in another order. Service is horrendous. Called to complain and was told by Kirby “Don’t come back” Don’t worry, won’t be back and 6 Alma residents will make sure no one they know will be back either.

Van Buren Pointers
Maaaannn this guy…he can’t stay in one place only reason he doesn’t get a 5 spot from me lol. I’ve followed him all over Fort Smith to Van Buren to Alma. If he goes to Brinkley or Jonesboro I’d still go eat there. Thought he finally found a permanent home on Zero St with that awesome buffet but surprisingly he closed not soon after he came up with that idea. It was such a bang for your buck that for those who missed it, I’m sorry lol. Now I normally get the Trump Tower which has so many different types of meat stacked on top of each other. Smoked bologna, pulled pork, hot link and smoked chicken all on one sandwich. Comes with 2 sides. It’s such a great deal for $10 with taxes. You’ve got to be a beast to finish everything and be comfortable. The ribs are amazing if you are fortunate to get them fresh or 1-2 days old. Now if you’re the unfortunate soul that gets the end of the week ones…you’re gonna cuss under your breath like I did lol

Hubby odered the ribs and fish. He said the fish was good but the ribs was burned crisp. I can’t believe they even sent that out. We both ordered okra and it came out burned but at least they replaced it. They really have gone down hill in the last few years.
