Quite an interesting space. Never been here before, very chill spot if you wanted to catch up with friends, drink, and grab a bite to eat. It’s a huge location, lots of staff wandering around to clear off tables and help with questions. You stand on line to order and pay for your own food. Food was OK, my favorite was the cornbread. Best I’ve had in a long time, super moist. Wings were my favorite, they were half off on Saturday. I’d go back.

After a day full of activity, we decided to eat here and it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious. The picnic table vibes were cozy. They have an outdoor dining area which we didn’t use cause it was about to rain. So we sat inside but with the garage door size windows we were still able to enjoy the outdoor breeze without the possibility of getting wet. Great hang out spot especially for big crowds.

Took over the old Studio Square if anyone remembers those days. It was so interesting coming back to this place with a different type of set up but nevertheless a great vibe. Feels like a huge backyard bbq. Tons of space and seating. They had performers playing. We went on a super hot and humid day. No air conditioning, so we were dying a little bit haha. They do have free water you can serve yourself for. The food was pretty good. I ordered the combo with a meat and two sides. I had the ribs and Mac and cheese, collard greens, and corn bread. I was pleasantly surprised with the ribs. Fall off the bone goodness and had a nice flavor. The Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. The greens were one of the best I’ve had for my taste from a bbq spot. I was a little disappointed with the corn bread. It was too dense and not as buttery on how I like personally. Drinks were pretty good too. Overall, a great venue for all ages. Can catch up with friends or have a lunch/dinner with family – babies and little kids included! I’d come back again for a good vibe.

Came to meet up with friends and still some of the better BBQ in NYC. Plenty of seating indoors and there is an outside patio with corn hole. Pickles are also amazing, salty and sweet.

Pig Beach is a really great option if you are trying to get as close to Texas BBQ as you can in Queens. The food is great, the atmosphere is on point, and the quantities are large haha.

It was sad to know that their location in Gowanus closed but the great news is that the beach is still open in Astoria. This is the 1st barbecue restaurant know know of that serves lamb.
