Enjoyed our meal while stopping in Boulder. Taiwanese dishes with a bit of a twist. Food was delicious but serving size on the smaller side. Great views from the top floor of pearl street, but have to be careful not to spill your food during walk and up the elevator.

The cold sesame noodles were bouncy and spicy and just absolutely perfect. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The food court itself is nice, offering different cuisines. From Italian pasta to sandwiches, drinks and desserts, it is a nice option when your party has different preferences. On a Saturday afternoon the food court was busy but not crowded and it was easy to find a comfortable spot.

Street food style in a plaza with tables/chairs. You order, open seating and then enjoy your meal. The food and portion size was good. We got the braised pork over rice and the cold sesame noodles. The pork was very tender over some warm white rice and the cold sesame noodles was creamy and flavorful.

This should have far better reviews. The Beef Noodles (with a side of chili crisp of course) is one of my top 5 best noodle dishes ever. Every time I visit I’m so satisfied with the food. Quick and friendly service too, thanks so much! I’ll be back soon.

So, so good. My friend and I shared two dishes—Sichuan hot chicken and saucy pork noodles—which I wholeheartedly recommend. Crunchy fresh vegetables on top add perfect texture to the noodles and tender meat. Fresh flavor, spicy and sweet.

Food was subpar dumplings from frozen section at Costco taste the same, wouldn’t have even bothered to leave a review but the large Asian man who took my family’s order today was so RUDE ! While taking our order he proceeded to correct us and speak over us multiple times! Very horrible attitude! Didn’t want to jump to conclusions as we all have bad days, but even as I returned to pick up my family’s order, he threw the food tray up on the counter and rudely slid chili paste while letting out a loud sigh as if giving us the chili packet was such a big ordeal (which we ordered and paid for already) would never come back to this place based on this first impression. Thanks.

We were heading to Rockies in the evening and were spending a day in Boulder. I wanted something hot and spicy for the cold weather. We tried hot and sour soup which was very good. Generally, soup base is thin with not so much veggies, their soup was thick and had a lot of veggies (mushrooms, onions and others). I felt it was a combination of hot and sour soup and Chinese hotpot!

Tremendous buns. Needing a quick bite or want to go knees deep in delicious Taiwanese inspired food – Pig and Tiger is it.

Got the braised pork belly rice just before the lunch rush and it was delicious and filling! And the order was filled in 4 minutes. Very authentic tasting 🙂
