I typically don’t do this but I’m appalled at the fact that I was charged $15 for this. You guys were typically spot on but lately I feel like you guys stopped caring. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering anything from your establishment as you obviously don’t value loyal customer business. There are far to many options available for me to continue to feel taken advantage of. Super disappointed with you guys.

Today, I dined in at the warwick location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The girls in front was able to tell me their best deals they had. I got a tender dinner and WOW, it was amazing. Food service was fast, everything came out very fresh. I could not of had a better experience! It was a positive work environment where the employees were pleased to assist. Recommend 10/10!!!!!

I had a steak and cheese sub with mayonnaise. It tasted like they’re using the cheap mayonnaise instead of hellman’s. Hellman’s would have definitely improved the quality of the steak and cheese. Otherwise it was good.

June 3rd. Ordered to go around lunch time. The young women at the front counter was extremely nice, truly took pride in her work. The food was excellent, fast, accurate and delicious. The customer service top notch. A pleasant first experience. Will be back very soon

After my initial encounter where I rated this place 2 stars, the owner reached out to me the very next morning and offered to make it right. He didn’t mention anything about changing or updating my review, he just wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. Customer service in that aspect no matter the problem is always a plus in my book. The pizza was better the second time around.

I ordered dinner from the Warwick location for myself and my 5 year old at 5:17 pm. It’s now been over 2 hours since I placed my order that has not arrived after a 60 minute delivery estimate and have been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak with an actual person. It’s almost 7:30 at night and I had to make my son dinner after paying for his food. This is beyond poor customer service.

Ordered dinner for tonight. Picked up our order and drove home only to realize the sandwich was missing. Pizza could’ve been cooked more since it was doughy on the bottom. Sandwich that we had to drive back for was missing onions and pickles that I paid extra for. The waffle fries aren’t worth mentioning. Not a good experience this time.
