Absolutely amazing food! We got the fish sampler wish tasted so fresh and tender, the lamb lollipops which came with a lingonberry butter sauce, and fish Po-boy which came on a very soft, fresh roll. Classic margaritas were very tasty. The service was so quick and friendly. And the entire building was decorated with beautiful paintings made by the owners sister. Everyone was so nice, very happy we stopped here!

Everything was 10/10. From the drinks, to the food and dessert, to even the music and decorations. You could tell the owner put their time into this place. I got the chicken alfredo from the kids menu not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was very well seasoned and so was the pasta. The cheesecake egg rolls were so fresh, and the whipped cream and even ice cream was hand made. The owner came and even spoke to us, and just all around great vibes and food.

I had the grilled red fish, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing. I felt the presentation was spectacular, everything on the plate needed to be exactly where it was for a wonderful dining experience. For dessert, I had the fantastic display called bread pudding. It was visually stunning and absolutely delicious. This place knows what looks and tastes good.

29APR23 ~ A nice place to eat with a pleasant, open, laid back, family atmosphere, plenty of parking, clean inside & out. Our waitress was nice & good. The food was okay to good. We both had the seafood platter. The platter had only four shrimp, four oysters, four calamari, one medium sized piece of fish, all covering a lot of French fries. The oysters were perfect, not overcooked & dry like some restaurants prepare them. The shrimp was very undercooked. I do not like to eat shrimp that are still limp/wiggly. The calamari was calamari. I am not normally a calamari fan but I did gave them a try. The fish was tasty but a bit overcooked & dry. The French fries, and there were a lot of French fries, were very undercooked, still soft & limp, and were almost tasteless without any seasoning. I would not go back but others may have had different dishes or different experiences… Good luck!

We tried this place as our condo owner recommended it during our stay. Sadly, we were really disappointed. We started off with an appetizer of crab cakes and it was delicious. Things went downhill after that. It took close to an hour to get our food. The waitress was no where to be found and never came to refill our drinks. No one explained what happened as to why our food took so long. To make matters worse, our sons kids meal took another 5 min to come out AFTER we received our meal.

Pier House is the best food in GSOB hands down! Celebrated my 40th birthday there tonight and Patrick and Chappy made it a special experience! Tonight I had the pork chop which was amazing! My mom had the smoked chicken which has a generous portion and tastes amazing! Then for my birthday Chappy brought out his signature cheesecake egg rolls which are the perfect blend of texture, salt and sweet! We love Chappy and Pier House!! 10/10!!

This was a late night option found on the drive in from a long four days. Two of our four were vegetarian and typically cannot expect beautiful presentations or many options. Pier House was absolutely incredibly with both! The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. The owner/ chef came out to speak with us and spoke on the options we had chosen. Absolutely incredible experience overall. I’ll add a picture- the vegetarian option I chose was squash, onion, over mashed potatoes. 10/10 recommend and if we ever find ourselves back in Orange Beach- We’ll be back!

Maybe it was an off night but the food was not as good as told. Always heard of excellent food. Had Redfish special. The fish was tasty but slightly dry for a redfish. The oysters were good and fresh. Key lime pie was good.
