I order pizza from this location once or twice a week for my daughter, I just got a regular thin crust pepperoni pizza tonight. The pizza is a smaller than the actual size and the back of the pizza is burn. There’s not enough cheese on the pizza and when I asked them why the size is different than the usual, they just told me we have a new machine and the new pizza dough, however, when I was looking at the other customer pizza was completely around. I’m just adding my pictures here because I’m pretty upset of their attitude and their customer service at Irvine spectrum Pieology pizza location.

While other eateries at the Irvine Spectrum Center cater to a more intimate or formal dining experience, Pieology pizzaria, located on the exterior edge nearby Nordstrom, is the best causal place to get pizza. You order through a simple and straightforward 1-2-3 step process, choosing your crust, choosing your sauce, and then choosing your toppings. They also having assortment of specialty pizzas ranging from your traditional combo (supreme) to your or exotic varieties like a margarita. I especially love the hand-stretched “Pierise” thick crust, and they are extremely generous with the toppings that you select. Pizzas are then cooked fresh to order in a wood-fired oven, and only take a few minutes to come out pipping hot.

Good-tasting food. The pizza crust was cooked perfectly. There were definitely enough toppings.

The main concept is to build your own pizza. You first select the crust, then the sauce, then the toppings. So you get the food and the fun experience. I would recommend it for children.

Very delicious for a build your own pizza. Only thin crust pizza. Only one size “ medium”. Self serving. They didn’t have water during our visit. All meet is pork other than one type of chicken and one type of beef

I can never give more than 1 star to a business that makes its customers wait 1 hour in line to get mediocre tasting overpriced pizza. I think that sums it up. We went there at off peak time (5pm) and had to wait in line for 1 hour to get our pies. My recommendation is to skip it and get fast food somewhere else.

Oregon Pieology couldn’t get vegan right and these people can’t either. Asked if they vegan cheese, yes. Asked for alternative to red sauce – they have garlic. Thought it’d be like MOD and then realized it’s butter. No pizza for me. She then made my son’s pepperoni pizza with it and gave him pizza to the lady in front that forgot to order one. didn’t even charge her… just gave her our pizza and gave us a pizza not suitable for a child cause it was full of garlic. TERRIBLE service. Place was a mess, not clean, not stocked. I tried 2 different ones and was consistently disappointed. My business is lost on this place.

My spouse is from OC and took me here many years ago for the first time. I thought it was sooo good. One of the best pizzas ever. I’ve had it many times since and loved it. I ordered it last night and was very disappointed. If you would have asked me before last night this place was without question a 5/5 but the pizzas seem more like a corporate chain pizza now and less unique. They also were pretty burnt. It also didn’t really seem like the staff knew what was up with ordering. All in all if this place can get back to how it was a few years ago it’s a 5 star but as of recently it’s just missing the mark.
