I am a little disappointed with the Pebble Hills location. We ordered a pizza and cheesy bread from this location. A black lady delivered our order, but we had no idea it was out there because she didn’t ring the doorbell! Upon looking at our doorbell camera video on our phones upstairs; all she did was place the pizza on the ground in a plastic bag, did something on her phone, and left! The pizza prices are reasonable, but the Pizzas are smaller. If we go back to this establishment, we won’t have them deliver our food anymore.

My mom and I didn’t like how crispy the cauliflower crust came out. And when we told the girl helping us. She says it’s supposed to be like that and to let her know if we need anything else. We told her we already did and she just walked off, instead of offering something else!

I’ve ordered from the George Dieter location before and haven’t had trouble, so I’m not sure if the issues I had are due to the location, or they simply had trouble with this order, but here goes. First of all, we ordered garlic cheesy bread and received regular cheesy bread. Second, we ordered brownies and cookies but received only brownies. Third, the cinnamon churro dessert was tough and outright inedible. Finally, I requested light cheese, extra sauce on my pizzas yet they still had a ridiculous amount of cheese. Next time I think I will simply opt for a cheese-less pizza. I am so unhappy with my order that had I picked it up (I had someone pickup for me) I would have requested that these issues be addressed or even requested a refund. I didn’t spend over $50 for such a subpar experience. Very disappointed.
