What happened to Pieology? Like many successful casual / fast food places, this franchise created a Recipe for success And duplicated that success. But over the last few years they have become lazy, raised their rates and cut corners. They were always cheap with the toppings unless you request more. Customer service has always been an issue (in general) but this location is worse than average. I’m not sure if this is corporate or just this location, but they stopped using metal screens under the pizza and instead put too much flour. Now they under cook the top and burn the bottom. This is why I’ll just get frozen pizza at the grocery store which is at least reliable and good. I normally tip if service is friendly, but I stepped outside while waiting for my pizza, there were only 3 customers and I sat waiting only to find out that my pizza had been sitting for at least 10 minutes while the manager watched me waiting. Last straw. Won’t be back.

Absolutely love the pizza here! I always get a custom and love it every time! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they recently discontinued my favorite spicy Italian sausage! I got it literally every time I’ve gone, so I was disappointed to find out it was no longer available.

Food is delicious but staff can do better they looked understaffed and frustrated with the amount of people they have to help. Customer service needs to improve. Management doesn’t seem to care either because this is not the first time I have come and received poor service at this location. We asked for our food for here and they gave it to us to go, however every other person after us got it here and they received it at their table, pizza was sloppy and made quickly with no care put into making it. All the tables were dirty which is why I suspect they were understaffed. But that is not the customers fault and everyone should receive the same good service no matter what.

I love pieology, what I do not love is a burnt pizza. This location has served me burnt pizzas many times before, but this was my last straw since I confirmed it was not busy so there was no rush and my pizza should’ve been made correctly. I pay for pierise crust everytime costing more than the thin crust, so I pay more for an expensive dough to be overcooked? Upsetting.

Fast service clean place, most important thing was the pizza.. It was delicious! Choose your own topping is the best feeling. A one regular size will definitely full you up if your a person who eats a little it will feed two people. I will definitely go back.
