It has been a week of me trying to call this location to speak to ANYONE and a few surveys filled out online about my order experience and still there is no resolution. I hope someone will please reach out to me as I am highly disappointed in the lack of care and sensitivity in service I received. Ordered 3 build your own pizzas and paid extra for cauliflower crust and gluten free crust for my elderly parents who only asked for pizza on their 51st wedding anniversary. They both have dietary restrictions and I ordered the pizzas specifically to have it fit their dietary needs. Upon arrival, I still had to wait for my order although it should have finished almost 10 minutes earlier according to my confirmation, and I opened each box to see which pizza was which and noticed the pizzas were almost the same size and I didn’t think much of it. I came home to realize all three were normal thin crust pizzas with meager toppings. My main issue is the wrong pizza crust as it caused a spike in blood pressure for a recovering stroke patient. I wrote in their feedback surveys to please refund me for the crusts I paid extra for that I did not receive but have heard nothing from anyone. At this point in time I would like to request a full refund.

Are you craving for pizza? After watching Ninja mutant, we were all craving for pizza. I’m glad pieology was only few steps away from theatre and we didn’t have to walk or drive far. You can create your own pizza or order from the menu. My kids loved their pizza and enjoyed watching how they made it. Awesome place to bring kids.

My family of four stopped here for lunch after a busy morning. There was just one female working there and was kinda hassled but was very polite and getting the work done. We got our pizzas and sat down and noticed that all the pizzas were burnt, 2 of the 4 were too burnt to eat. She even scraped the burnt edges off before giving us the pizzas. We had to request her to remake it because we just couldn’t eat it. We asked for light drizzles on two pizzas and we got a whole load of sauce dumped on top. It made the pizzas utterly inedible. There was a huge line so we ate what we could and dumped the rest. Not going to try here again.

The worst pizza i had for last 5-6 years since pieology has opened the franchise. 5-6 pieces of chicken 15-20 pieces of olives, 7-8 pieces of onions….. o come one , and the people making pizza should also look at the special instructions, It has happened twice. Hope manager looks at this review and contact me so i can send her pics also, try to find chicken in third picture

NEVER ORDER ONLINE …supposedly this place gives u unlimited toppings but I guess not for online orders and from the looks of my pizzas they must have thrown the toppings on from across the room…CURRY!!!..KOBE!!!…JORDAN!!!….maybe cuz I didn’t leave a tip????…i forgot that according to this new entitled generation anybody who touches food deserves a tip now… I wud definitely tip a delivery person or an actual waiter but now I will never eat here again…

They burned both pizzas, and then I could not get a refund straight from the store because it was an online order. I waited 30 minutes for it, and then was so disappointed because I had not eaten all day. Then, to top it all off, no manager was there so the employees were not sure what to do about it. It was the weirdest thing that no one seemed to know when a manager would be there. I never heard of a store not giving a refund on a messed up order because it was placed online. They asked to remake it but that made no sense to me at all, especially if the same people would be remaking it. Also the place does not get enough cleaning and tidying up after customers leave their tables. It was messy in there, with lacksidaisical employees.

Pizza were good cause we were hungry. Restaurant are clean. This time our create your own pizza is a bit smaller at the Delta Shore location. The staff was very limited on the topping and we have to ask to put in more but it is still smaller then we had order before. My wife notice one of our pizza was burnt and I told her that’s how fire grill pizza should look on the top but when we get the pizza the bottom was burnt. We didn’t care and ate it anyway. The soda machines was out of other flavor and it tasted water down.

Visited Pieology at the Delta Shores today. There was a line, hence a wait. The place is moderately sized. There is outdoor seating but with it being windy, people wanted to eat indoors. We got lucky, by the time we got to order, some tables opened up.

I’ve visited many of the Pieology stores, throughout California. This store is position in a great location. Staff is accommodating as well as courteous. Ingredients are fresh and numerous. The experience was great and I can recommend this store. There are an vegetarian meals as well. Pieology is not your typical Italian pizza store. But it is a progressive with a hint of the old world.
