Great experience, I was pleasantly surprised to see the layout. It similar to a build your own sandwich shop, just with pizza. It was the perfect size for one. The service was good. I got pepperoni and olives on my pizza along with the Alfredo and garlic butter. All the topping were nice. The pizza was well done with several nice charred spots. I’d definitely recommend trying them out!

Took a cab here because I was craving pizza thank God it was completely empty. Got home, opened the box to a pretty surface and raw dough underneath. There was no one there and my pizza was raw ????? Wish I could get a refund on the whole trip.

So it’s been a while since I’ve been in a pieology. I’ve been to some in Southern California. But I’ve never seen a worker strange his gloves so many times without washing his hands, and grabbing his hat and flipping his hair. I’m glad I didn’t find hair in my food. As I was waiting for my food to go in, I noticed that the surface the pizzas were cooking on had a lot of charred food etc on it. The floors and surfaces doesn’t look like they’ve been cleaned since they’ve opened.

Khalil, the AGM, was extremely patient with us in dealing with our food allergies. Had no issue getting fresh toppings from the back and doing everything he could to make absolutely sure of no cross contamination. PLUS, the pizzas tasted great. Would definitely come back here to eat again on our next vacation.

If you ever want to run into me, this is a good place to find me. Growing up,, I didn’t realize I liked pizza because I always got sick when I ate it. After my celiac diagnosis, I realized why! Pieology has two gluten free crusts to choose from, the “Gluten Free” and “Cauliflower.” My regular is the Gluten Free with mozzarella and red sauce, with a variety of veggies. It is a perfect, fresh thin crust pizza!

Great personalized Pizza concept. You can pick your own crust, stuffing or toppings. Gluten free option also available. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. Went here a few days ago. Make sure you ask for lightly baked, or else they will completely burn your pizza (been here a few times, same result). I felt like I was eating a cracker. Employees are lazy and manager doesn’t care. They greet you with attitude as if its the customers fault they hate their job. I love Pieology and the idea of building your own pizza, but this is the worst Pieology location I’ve been to.
