Normally we go in or do take out. Usually no issues. The last time we ordered my son and I had to wait over an hour for pick up. So decided to attempt delivery. It’s by far the worst decision. Please tell me based on the pictures that you’re proud of how this presentation is and that this how you want your food to look. You should be disappointed with how your employees are performing. This is how we received our food when we opened the boxes.

Arrived with a large group for lunch and was surprised the place was empty. We all ordered original pizzas to go. There were two employees doing their best, but it was pretty slow going. All of the pizzas came out burnt to the level if we had more time, we would have asked for a redo. So we really didn’t give the staff a chance to make it right. There was no ice as they posted. The only drinks were chocolate milk and $3 water bottles. They ran out of ranch after the second person requested ranch. Very poor overall experience, and we all agreed we wouldn’t be coming back for a repeat performance. Forgot to add, they ran out of larger size pizza boxes, so they stacked slices on top of each other in smaller boxes, which made the burnt pizza even less appealing.

Acceptable for a quick pizza, with the ability to create your own. It’s $10.65 for any toppings, with their regular thin crust, which is like a wafer. We also got one Pepperoni and Cheese for $9.25.

Pizza was hot and perfect. Restaurant not very clean. Ice machine not working. Friday night about 7pm. Not very busy. Three employees working. Typical don’t care attitudes, but at least working. I’m an HVAC guy so I always look at the dirt coming out around the ductwork joints. When a restaurant can’t make sure the filters are changed in air system, it means Management doesn’t care about cleanliness or air their customers breath. Let alone air blowing on food, tables, etc…

I arrived at 4:25 on 7-8-23. One girl was tending the oven working on 1 pizza, one young man was making up 3 pizzas on prep table. No one acknowledged me standing at the order window. Another young man came out from around back, got out a pizza dough, and start rolling it then prepping it. Finally said “will be with you in minute.” By this time it had been 3-4 minutes of me standing waiting: I said no you won’t, I have been waiting 3 minutes and no one acknowledged me and this had happened at a previous visit few weeks earlier. I love my local Pieology back home and thought I enjoy some pizza. This location needs some customer service training.
