Neapolitan pizza originated in Naples, Italy and is only made with simple, fresh ingredients. Our dough is hand tossed using italian Caputo 00 flour. It is cooked at a high temperature, the crust is thin, crispy and be charred in spots. The Fresh Mozzarella, we use 100% whole milk “Fior di Latte” that has a rich, silky and creamy texture. Our pizza sauce is made using only SAN MARZANO TOMATOES DOP. Enjoy pizza the way is meant to be.

It’s a small sort of mom & pop-esque place. Believe me when I say it lives up to the title. The food was incredible, particularly the meatballs. So much so that a year later after I’ve come back down to Florida I had to go back. The staff are great as well. This place really deserves more spotlight, give the meatball appetizer a try!

Best spot in the Tampa area, perfectly cooked Napoletana crust, sauce , cheese quality. Official Brooklyn NY Pizza reviewer. The margarita pizza was surprisingly great for this area, not salty. The calzone formaggio was huge and full of balanced flavor. Awesome appetizer with the burrata. Great espresso and the service was amazing. Best pizza you going to find outside of NY or NJ, my new spot when down south.

Everything was so delicious! Definitely planning on going again! I had the burrata, Prosciutto e Rucola with the tomato sauce, nutella calzoni, and a cannoli. The service was nice as well and it had a good ambiance.

I want to love this place but I can’t lie. I think they’re trying to mimic pizza from Naples, but I was there in December and this is nothing like Napoletana pizza. The pizza was okay – the crust the best part albeit a bit too dark, tasted smokey. We got the Quattro Formaggio (4 cheese) and Funghi (mushroom) pizzas. Too cheesy, and too many ingredients on the pizzas, making the crust disappear underneath them. Flavors are okay but somehow I felt they could be better – more herbs, better quality ingredients, etc. I’m a rough judge, I know. I may go back and if I do, I’ll ask them to lighten the toppings and “underbake” the crust.
