Great pizza and beer! Came in after the lunch rush, so there were few people here. We’re seated quickly and ordered the garlic knots. Some of the best we’ve ever had! Good beer selection, and one of my favorites is on tap (Blood and Honey). Had the Prosciutto pie and a half of a Salami pie…both were delicious! We’ll definitely be back again.

There are so many pizzarias within close proximity to the neighbourhood, I’m happy to have checked off Pie Tap from the list (and coming back in the future). Our server was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being a packed house.

First timer about a month ago and have since been back 4x. Sat at the bar with T.J serving us. Amazing service! Great recommendations and overall made our experience. It’s the little things that go a long way. The prosciutto pizza was fire. The whipped Asiago is amazing and I will always be ordering the Rotisserie Panini.

The food was AMAZING! The quality and taste exceeded my expectations. The deserts weren’t worth it in my opinion but the appetizer & entrees were really good! Our server seemed a bit inexperienced but we all start somewhere so I didn’t hold it against him. The atmosphere was really nice too. We’ll definitely be back.

Food is fantastic, staff is very friendly. We came in for pizza one Friday night and the GM (Erica?) convinced us to come back Sunday for brunch. We brought friends and we were impressed a second time. The bread they use is delicious – sourdough starter I think? We will be returning here.

UPDATED: Jennifer reached out to me and took care of my issue and I really appreciate her for that. Ordered a pizza this evening and I just wonder why it’s so hard for some people to just pay attention and check orders. No spinach on my pizza once again. I don’t even want a refund or anything, just want consistency. I order from this place ALOT bc I like the taste and quality of the pizza, but 3 out 5 times they get my orders wrong. It’s either missing something or doesn’t have enough sauce on it. Make the pizzas with intention please.

A nice low key place. Supposedly the management felt it took too long for taking our orders, but had two children with us (3 adults). In truth we were still getting the children’s orders organized. But they gave a complimentary appetizer.

The food at multiple locations has been consistent and delicious. South Plano is near home and I travel often so it’s my usually dinner once a week. TJ is a manager willing to do work not in his job description. The ladies tending bar know me and treat me well, no better out worse than others and always will give me privacy to work on my laptop at the bar or chat me up when I want to chit chat. A favorite of mine, I’ll continue to be a regular. Thanks to Tj, Ms. Stoker, Pam and others.

We absolutely love pie tap! Every visit is always good and you can never go wrong with any of their pizzas. We like the salami and pepperoni pizzas. Their in house sourdough bread is so good as well as their sauces.
