Something has happened recently– new owner or manager?– and the quality is going downhill quickly. They are often out of crusts and other ingredients; it’s dirty; the staff isn’t friendly like it used to be. They start putting chairs up on tables before 8 o’clock even though they don’t close until 9 and it give the story a creepy feel. I have made two online orders only to arrive and no one had noticed that the orders had come in; when I complained about this (in a reasonable voice) I was treated super rudely. Too bad, it used to be one of the best one places in town,

Always enjoy the place and the pizza is fairly priced for what you order. Think of this place as a subway for pizza, which honestly, makes it quite the fun visit every once in a while. Except there’s a catch: Don’t expect to get a lot of toppings sprinkled on without asking.

Good pizza! We like the focus on personal pizzas, the selection of toppings, and the option to get a salad with your meal. Occasionally, the toppings and lettuce are not the freshest, but there’re always enough options to be able to pick something else. The interior is simple but pleasant, and there is patio seating for nice days.

It’s okay. The gluten free is pretty bland and extra cheese is $2 more. So a tiny pizza is really expensive. I do like the subway style veggie bar. There’s enough people who have food allergies for them to carry better crust though. And at a cheaper price.

Fast service. Nice atmosphere. Custom-made, personal-size pizza just the way you like it best. They also have a gluten-free crust option (for only $2 more) for people like me who are sensitive to or allergic to gluten.

I really enjoyed it, I liked that you can choose all the toppings like building a burrito, sub-sandwich etc. Even got a free small Pizza for my husbands birthday. Would’ve given 5☆, but we ordered 2 of the SAME pizza’s and they were clearly 2 different pizzas. I’ll go again for sure

The place was literally empty and service was substandard. I ordered a personal pizza and the cheese was hardly melted. When the manager pulled it off the oven, he didn’t even offer to run it again just to make it more appealing. He just cut it and boxed it up. It looked no better than a frozen pizza from the supermarket.

Called in two large pizzas tonight for pick-up: both specialty pizzas. When my husband picked them up, they were personal pan pizzas; neither the size nor crust that were ordered. One pizza was undercooked with raw onions on it and the other had unappetizingly large slices of tomato (1/4 of the tomato) as well as pineapple pieces. Our past experiences have all been delicious, but this entire visit was extremely disappointing. Will not be returning or recommending this business.

I love Pie Five and my fiancé and I love to eat here, but tonight we did not have the usual great experience we normally have. I preordered my food on the app and when I arrived the order was incorrect. My pizza literally did not even have cheese on it, and I ordered a cheese pizza. The staff member asked if I wanted it to be corrected and I obviously said yes. After this banter, I watched the employee go to the back of the store and grab the dough for my pizza with his bare hands, then put gloves on to continue to make the pizza. I didn’t say anything because I figured the heat from the oven would kill bacteria from his hands. After the pizza was made, a different staff member shoved the pizza crust into the box, again with bare hands, and did not offer to add any of the extra seasonings we love. I normally have a great experience at Pie Five, but my experience tonight was very disappointing.
