We ordered margherita, and goat cheese, and artichoke pizza. I would say the goat cheese was slightly better. The ricotta and chocolate pie was really good!

Pizza is very good and lots of options. However, there were some less-than-satisfactory aspects of the meal. We ordered a Willow Special that was supposed to have pesto, Italian sausage, mozzarella and sopressata. There was no pesto; instead, there were dried, cooked kale leaves. We were not informed of this substitution. We asked for dinner plates, because all that was provided when we sat down were tiny bread & butter plates. We were told there were no dinner plates, not even salad plates. This wasn’t conveyed to us in an apologetic “sorry for the inconvenience” way, but rather in a matter-of-fact “take it or leave it/that’s just the way it is” manner. We had to struggle to eat our pizza and salad on these tiny plates. We observed that the pizzas were served on long, rectangular plates, and asked if we could have some extra of those, but were told “no, these are only for serving pizzas.” We pointed out that it was almost closing time and the restaurant was nearly empty, so couldn’t they spare a few of those plates? The answer was “no.” It seems the customer is NOT always right at Pie. We love the pizza, but at this point are unsure if we will ever go back.

Waited 5 min for the hostess to stop chatting with a waiter to even be acknowledged. Then waited 15 min after being seated…my wife TRYING to make eye contact with any wait staff…before we walked out. They weren’t that busy – plenty of open tables – but clearly they didn’t want any more customers. Too bad, the pizza looked good on other people’s plates… (And this wasn’t an aberration…the table next to us also waited a long time for wait staff to show up)

The pizza and key lime pie were great. Orange and Lemon Crush’s were good staff was helpful and friendly. It was a little noisy for only being half filled. All around good experience though.

Amazing staff and great service. Full bar with lots of speciality drinks. Homemade infused vodka and tequila. We tried 2 pizzas and the first one was not so good but the second one came out amazing….the only difference was we added sausage. Tough to rate. The house salad was done well and very good.

A few vegan options, the pizza was yummy, the salads were fresh and the garlic bread was great. The restaurant was homey and welcoming.

Artisanal flat bread style pizzas. Nice choice of pizza styles or build your own. Good draft beer list and nice selection of cocktails. Also a good selection of delicious pies for dessert. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Not great. Ordered bruschetta and it came out on a roll with half slices of cherry tomatoes, shaved mozzarella and drizzle of balsamic. Bread was not fresh. Pizza dough on pizza not cooked and chewy. Took 45 minutes and only three other tables with people. Sorry, but I can’t give this place a good rating. Perfect corner spot in Bethany that could bring in large crowds, but when we walked in on a busy town night, the place was empty. That should have been a warning to us. Hope they step it up because it’s a cute little corner restaurant.

Best Gluten Free pizza crust! Couldn’t tell the difference. Decent beer selection, great service.
