I have found myself in Pickleman’s 3 days in a row now for various occasions, and the consistent face who has been there was Sofia. She was thorough and helpful each time! Saturday I had a bigger order for work, and she made sure to clarify all questions and details on my order. Sunday night (yesterday around 10pm) this store was getting slammed by customers on top of the miserable heat from outside AND the oven going nonstop. I felt for them. (Please get them a good cooling system back there!!) Anyway- Sofia was still at it, grinding it out. Mine and all my friends orders came out perfect. Today, I went in because I lost the receipt for my work order and she remembered my order, which is crazy considering the evening she had! I really just wanted to shoutout Sofia- you go girl! Thanks for the awesome service.

Absolutely horrible service. Pre-ordered an order almost and hour early, arrived to pick it up and stood there for 5 minutes or more while the employee was talking to a person who wasn’t a customer. I had to get her attention and tell her that I just had a to go order that was sitting on their table. Finally got my order and then had to go back because they forgot an item, once again had to wait almost 10 minutes for the employees to get those done, all the while our other food was getting cold. Oh, and on a final note they didn’t put the seasoning on the cheese bread that I had to wait 10 minutes for… This was my first time going to Picklemans and I won’t be going back.

Pickleman’s sub tastes SO GOOD! I order an Itallian Sub with extra Mayo and, omg. Heaven. The tomato basil soup is great, too. They deliver it pretty quickly, too. I’ve heard a person gripe because they are not footlong. Who cares? It’s 9 or 10″ of deliciousness!

Customer service is top notch asked the young man what his favorite is and went with his recommendation. Asiago chicken add the black olives please. My son had the Asiago pizza. It’s very clean and comfortable temperature inside. The bathroom was clean. Definitely coming back.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a #1 turkey and literally got a turkey and cheese sandwich. No tomatoes or lettuce on it! Like the menu says turkey lettuce tomatoes!!!! If you want awful service, this is the place to go!!!

Came in with my wife. My wife ordered her sandwich no cheese add peppers. they mess that up, add cheese no peppers instead. And the sandwich I came in for, the meatball sub. A staple of ANY sandwich shop, has been taken off the menu. Definitely not coming back

Ordered extra cheese and ham on a sandwich walked back to work opened the sandwich, and there wasn’t extra meat or cheese. I wouldn’t be bothered if I didn’t pay extra, however they charged me extra for both and I didn’t get both.
