Great little restaurant in Anson,Me. John and April provide a nice place to get a wonderful meal. You have the option to dine in , dine outside along the river, or call in for pick up. The staff greet you and make sure to say hi to John and April while there.. don’t forget to pick up a piece of peanut butter pie or fresh home made chocolate chip cookie for desert.
yes indeed
Couldn’t wait to dig in. Super nice folks. Very intentive. The hostess makes strong drinks but not overpowering, just the right blend of you’ll feel it but not taste it.

The food was delicious and the staff was really nice. The aesthetic was really cute. My boyfriend loved the fish tacos. I got the haddock sandwich and it was BIG.

Very friendly, welcoming folks, great food. I love supporting small business and it’s always easier to do that when the experience is top notch. Worth driving out of the way to eat here.

If you are out and about or make a special trip, it is worth the time to stop. The food is great!!! Dining outside beside the river with a cool breeze on a hot day just adds to the experience. Not a large menu but what is on it plus the daily specials will knock your socks off. The owners make you feel right at home and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You will not regret it.

Very friendly and quaint place. Can’t say enough about how fresh/hot n delicious the food was! Great portions at very reasonable prices. The baked shrimp stuffed haddock was big and tasted phenomenal and my girlfriends burger was large n tasty! We will be back!

We had a great experience here eating a late lunch after a long day Nordic skiing. We were so happy to find a spot on the way out of town that was open on a Monday afternoon, and the food being great was icing on the cake. The owners were nice to talk to and the menu offered a lot to choose from at a very reasonable price. I had the haddock chowder, which was perfect on a 15-degree day, and my partner had the fried haddock with fries. We split garlic cheese bread to start and had a great meal. We will be back next time we are in town!
