I have been to pick up Stix so many times before and this has to be the worst one. The cook probably don’t have any idea how to make food properly with the right ingredients. I bought two fried rice bowls and It didn’t taste like any Thai or Chinese food at all. Felt like eating old rice without properly cooked meat. Also it wasn’t fresh. so I called the store and told them all that and then the guy told me sorry the staff is new and offered me free meal said he will make sure it will be fresh. But unfortunately I didn’t feel any difference the second time. They just added extra meat pieces. That’s it. Has to be the same cook. Customer service was good but food was really really bad. So make sure when u order always tell them to cook properly and fresh.

Great bourbon grilled chicken lunch special. Portion and flavor spot on. Staff friendly and helpful. Establishment clean and bright.

Yes, it’s commercial chain Chinese; support your local immigrant run restaurant. If you want something more fast and casual though, this is the chain! Tasty, healthy (options) and reasonable price. The family deal is nice, whether for a few people or just to have leftovers. Service is typical of a fast casual chain.

Different from other reviews, the server girl was pleasant. The prices were reasonable and it was nice that the girl brought the food out like a regular restaurant but the food itself was very mediocre. I don’t know why it’s called Thai coconut curry. None of it was Thai and there was no coconut. There was a sauce on it but I would not call that curry. It might be curry seasoning but, specifically, “Thai curry” is a dish that has a sauce with curry in the sauce. So, like, it had spices that Thai people use for curry but its not the traditional idea of “Thai curry” It seems to be a kind of play on words?? But, why would they want to trick customers??

My friend and I decided to go to lunch to this location. We had a horrible experience. First we stood in an empty line , waiting to be acknowledged. Finally, a very angry man working in the kitchen approaches the register. He was very upset and kept rolling his eyes each time my friend had a question over the menu. When it was my turn. I wanted to ask if i had similiar plate options like we do in panda, but very rudely he said no. Whatever was in the menu is what i needed to order. I then tried to order a wanton and he rolled his eyes at me and he kept yelling to cancel my order. I said no. I told him omg sorry for getting you upset, and to disregard my request for the wanton. The same angry man, overcharged my friend. As my friend was trying to explain to him, he was very argumentative and started yelling to my friend, “thats what you order”. Finally he let my friend explained, and gave him a refund of $7.00. He had realized that he did over charge my friend. I was charged $18 for a small plate of “upgraded noodles” and orange chicken. My friend and i were extremely disappointed. I will never be going back to this location and i will definitely warn my coworkers not to go to this location to avoid this horrible service.

This place is quite good as far as takeout Chinese is concerned. I like Panda Express but this is a step up. Some nice ‘healthy’ options. Please ‘like’ my review!

Nice staff, food usually good, but so many issues with online ordering. Even ordering 45 minutes ahead of time (the usual time estimate on the app) you often still have to wait once you get there (longer if your order is not correct, or someone mysteriously picks up your order and it’s not there – it’s happened!).

I waited over 1:30 minutes to have my delivery order. Do not pay doordash in this restaurant. I recommend other Chinese restaurants in this area.

I came here on the way home from work to get a quick bite to eat to bring home the family. Not only did it take over 20 minutes to order my food and get it, when there was nobody in line or waiting, the wontons I received were soggy. After about 20 minutes of waiting I asked the counter clerk where my food was, she couldn’t locate it and then blames it on having a new Chef that sometimes confuses orders if I could give negative Stars I would because my experience was horrible starting with the service and ending with the food.
