We had a delicious lunch from here today. Al dente pasta done to order in generous portions. It makes a nice change from much of the other local cuisine in Hawaii if you’re European. It’s a take out van so don’t expect any seating, also expect a short wait. After all he cooks it fresh (we think) Would recommend.

Hungerwise, I literally feel no different than before. I came here with my wife and two other girls…we all left hungry :(. The food was good but I would consider this dinner to be snack size. I had come here two other times and had their eggplant sandwich but they don’t have that anymore either.

Absolutely delicious fresh pasta and bread that tasted like it was baked to order. Super friendly service and lots of care put in. It’s a food truck so there’s only so much ambiance but they do have a little seating area where you can eat. It was a little tucked away and hard for me to find (in the alley by cheeseburger in paradise) but totally worth the extra effort. I had the pesto gnocchi and he added pancetta which sent it over the top yum. The garlic bread is insanely good. Go eat here!

Freshly made pasta with home like sauce. Had their puttanesca gnocchi & pesto rigatoni. Both were yummy. I cud smell fresh basil in pesto. Great quality ingredients. Bowl looked smaller, but food was enough for one. Inexpensive quality food. Google directions were wrong, u need to search and go to “double fat icecream” shop.

This was one of the most disappointing meals we had during our time in Oahu. I tried the gnocchi bolognese. For a sauce that’s supposed to be meat-based, there was very little meat in this sauce, and very little sauce in general. My partner got the carbonara. Carbonara is supposed to be creamy, but this one was not creamy at all. The spaghetti was swimming in a pool of watery sauce. To top it off, the portions are so small, and that says a lot coming from me – I eat less than the average person. Definitely not worth $15.

My friend loved it, and got two bowls of spaghetti, but personally I found the carbonara to be nothing special. Pasta had decent bite but not much chew to it. Not a bad place at all for the price, don’t get me wrong.

One dish was five star and one was three star today. Staff was very pleasant. The gnocchi was great! Other pasta dish had way way too much pepper for me. Had I said something they probably would have changed it for me, however I was uncomfortable to ask.

We can’t rave about this place enough! It’s only one block off the main street in Waikiki, but it felt like we had left all of the tourist traps. It’s a food truck (joined by a small ice cream stand), with a substantially sized parking lot all to themselves. They had a few sit-down tables as well as standing-only, bar tables. The area was decorated with some cute string lights and even some fake grass to liven it up a bit.

This pasta was SO good. If you’re staying at the Alohilani or in that area, please stop by at least once! Both dishes we had were super flavorful and really nice size portions. We tried super hard to finish all of ours because it was so tasty, but just couldn’t . We recommend the gnocchi and the pesto! The garlic bread was also delicious!!
