Came in because they food smelled so good from the parking lot and they were so welcoming and friendly, sat us down and attended to us right away. You could smell everything was freshly made. I was in the mood for Chilè con Carne and although it was not in the menu they were able to make it happen. So glad they did because it was absolutely delicious! The place filled up quick and soon orders were in and out swiftly with friendly customers and usuals all expressing how great the food and service was. Personally loved everything but the rice but the pork rib meat was so tender and full of flavor, the green sauce was a great pair with the pork and the beans were as authentic as they come.

Picantes is my go to place when I’m craving taquitos de papa I’m actually vegan, so I order them with no cheese, sour cream or beans. But the lettuce, guacamole, and salsa is all I need!! They have great service & the cook always accommodates my requests. They pretty much treat us like family

Wonder service, amazing food! Definitely could have shared meals. Not alot of room but where able to accommodate out group of 9 people no issue. So so good! Great staff. Thinking about how yummy it was a week and a half later. Half a continent away

The food was great. I was about 45 minutes away at another place and super hungry but still decided to go there because I wanted a molcajete and the wait was well worth it. Really really good and my girlfriend got corn tortilla quesadilla which was also very good. Don’t judge a book by its cover, this place is excellent
