Rude cashier, pizza was $20 dog water. I’d give zero stars if I could. They didn’t even have the meatball sandwich so you’re forced to get the trash pizza. It’s the kind where you lift up a slice and all the cheese slides off.

Typical airport pizza place, they don’t actually sell any of the items on the menu that aren’t pizza. Then, when you resign yourself to getting the pizza because there’s almost nowhere else to get food in the terminal, you’ll realize after the fact that you just paid $20 for a mediocre personal size pizza.

Sad to say I went to the counter today 10/07/2022 around 4:45. The African American associate was rude as can be and only because I asked if they sold by the slice. I was the only one in line and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. A simple, I’m sorry we don’t sell by the slice would have sufficed. FYI the pizza boxes were stacked on the trash area exposed with half eaten pizza . People just tossed them on the can and left. Mmmmm

Rude cashier who couldn’t be bothered to say hello and had a bad attitude. When I asked for the four cheese pizza she yelled “cheese or pepperoni” when I told her yes I’d like the four cheese she yelled the same back. She also had long hair that was not covered up and she was touching it while also handling food. I wish I read the reviews earlier as we wouldn’t have come here. They also used the same knife to cut the pepperoni pizza and the cheese pizza.

It’s a shame when you have employees that don’t want to work and you can see that they work miserably. Stopped in PHL for a layover and came across this pizza place and decided to give it a try. The pizza didn’t taste bad, what was bad was the customer service, and by reading the other reviews here, EVERYONE FEELS THE SAME WAY.

Wife is currently hospitalized from an apparent Gastroenteritis/Colitis caused from a food borne bacteria. The only thing we ate during our trip that was not the same was Piattino Pizza. She had the mushroom Gorgonzola pizza and I had the plain margarita. Pizza was a bit undercooked but we thought it was OK since it was just pizza. I had no major concerns until I read another review about someone having food poisoning after eating a chicken parmigiana here. I would avoid this place until something is done to rectify this.
