First time here. Friendly staff from what I encountered. She explained everything on how to go about the ordering of food and didn’t make us feel rushed like they do at other places. Granted we were almost the only people there. Also, being a party of four and having one of us not eat pasta (ironic yes?), she showed the other options available.

Went in an hour before close and they had already shut down for the night which is totally fine. HOWEVER, when I walked in because the doors were unlocked, I said hello to the person behind the counter as they ACTIVELY avoided eye contact and said nothing to me for the two minutes I stood there waiting to be helped. Terrible way to greet someone hopeful to grab a quick meal after a long day of work.

Our go to place! We have been here so many times, but always get the make your own. I will never get over it, which means I may never try new menu items! The calamari, spicy and crispy chicken are good options for the make your own. I always find the calamari a bit too salty , which is a downside. But, they are very generous with the amount of calamari they serve! Make sure you put in all the greens and other options and toss it with dressings to get a really good and filling meal. They also have small bowls if you find the normal sized one too big. On a summer’s day, their Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade is amazing! Love this place and I have and will be a loyal customer for a long time!!

This is the worst Piada location I’ve ever experienced. We placed an order on the app and they started it 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They were NOT busy. There were 4 families in the dining room and they had three pick up ticket. The soda machine had multiple empty drinks, the patio was a mess and the dining area inside was a disaster with multiple broken chairs and every single table was messy. The portions were SO small. Who knows how sanitary they are in the back considering how much every other aspect was sub par. Awful.

Joel and his team were SO helpful when my catering order couldn’t be fulfilled at another location that had equipment issues. They answered my call at 9 am and had the catering order ready by 11. Our meeting attendees were all excited to have Piada, and I’m grateful for this location’s quick pivot ( & delicious food!!).

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the food is tasty – which it usually is. However, I wish I could give negative stars to the customer service of the employees. I work in an office right by this location, so we pick up from there frequently. Each person in our group orders extra creamy parmesan with our meals (because for some reason the containers are filled only 1/3 of the way, and I am unsure what person can use 2/3 of a container for an entire large (regular) salad.). We know that the extra dressing is NEVER put in the bags, so today I asked if it was in there before she stapled the bags, and she looked and said yes, so I took the orders to my car. Just to make sure, due to all previous experiences, I opened the bags before leaving, and of course the extra dressings were not in there. So I went back in, got a different person’s attention, and stated the extra dressings were not in my to-go orders, and asked if I could please have the missing dressing, so she ROLLS HER EYES, gets one (1/3 full) container and sets it down. I said thank you, and she walked away without saying you’re welcome. Mind you, the first person also didn’t say you’re welcome either. That level of customer service is what is experienced with EVERY SINGLE VISIT, and even though the food is good, and very close to our office, we are just going to go elsewhere. The managers have always been friendly at this location, but for the past few years I have not experienced good service OR the correct ordered items. I understand this is a weird time for the industry due to lack of employees, but there is zero excuse for this level of rudeness.

This is basically Chipotle for Italian food, including salads, pasta bowls and wraps. The salads were tossed fresh but the pasta had been left out in a bowl where it dried out until they mixed in some sauce with it. Fast service and a really cool atmosphere.

Great staff! Food is good but there is a learning curve involved. I had the spicy sausage in diavolo sauce which was great! Add whatever you want. Only ONE pasta choice though and that is angel hair, nothing else. Wish it came with a piece of bread. Side salad for 3.99. Very filling! Italian sodas on tap. Great staff!
