I ordered online and the food was ready at the projected time and the restaurant had a cool design. Every thing myself and my family ordered was delicious from the pastas to the piadas! The hibiscus lemonade was on point. Awesome twist on Italian food with the food truck feel. Very satisfied with the taste of everything and have never had anything like it. I will be back many times in the future.

Delish!!! The rolled Piadas- avocado, BLT, Chef’s favorite, and the Mediterranean are delicious. My all time favorite was the tossed pasta bowl. The carbonara pasta is da bomb! You can choose whatever you wish and everything was so fresh! Excellent recommendations, and the staff gets a big round of applause!! The Univerity area Piada is on point!! I have been here twice in 2 weeks. Check them out!

It’s good; don’t get me wrong! But not ‘omg amazing a 5 star’. I would go back. I want to try their salad. Meat is an extra add on so each meal is about $13-$15. The kids portion was a good size.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Carbonara Pasta and I’m glad I did! Hands down one of the best Carbanoras I’ve had in a while. The sauce and Bacon really bring it all together. My number one favorite part is the greens are placed on top instead of mixed in so when you eat it they still have a crunch. Delicious meal! The Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade is perfect for these hot summer days! I drank it so fast I barely tasted it lol.

I was excited to try a new restaurant in the University area where I used to stay. The concept reminded me of Chipotle as you order a base of either a wrap, a salad, or a pasta. You also order a protein ranging from chicken, grassed-feed beef meatballs, or grilled salmon. Yet, that is where the similarities end. While they are new, they weren’t organized in a way to handle a lunch rush or major crowd of any kind.

EDIT/UPDATE: Second time here, this time for take-out for my wife and I. Decided to get the same thing as before the Carbonara Pasta with Hot Fried Chicken and Creamy Parmesian Sauce– still incredible, but TEARS up my mouth and stomach, pull out the tums! My wife got the same thing, but with grilled chicken & their creamy basil parmesian sauce as she is not a fan of the spicy. We both LOVED it, no leftovers!

Decided to stop and have a quick lunch by the boardwalk. I ordered the Mariana noodles with chicken(Regularsize bowl). Unfortunately, my chicken was burnt, so that made the whole meal taste awful. $17 wasted. I will probably go back and try another dish.
