Nice little place on Newbury Street, we really liked the food here! We got some egg rolls, grilled pork with rice, chicken pho and meatball pho. Everything was very flavorful, quantities were good and service was good! Would recommended!

I stumbled on this restaurant walking along Newbury Street and was so glad I stopped. Friendly service, great food and fair pricing. I had the veggie pho and veggie spring rolls and didn’t think I was going to finish all the food but I did – because it was so delicious! I was chatting to the owner and he said he is planning to expand the menu and get a bar license soon – he has only been open 10 months and is trying to grow his business. Definitely worth a try! The veggie broth was to die for!

Food options seemed a bit limited at first glance, so I decided not to dine in – that’s why I can’t say much about the food. Dessert wise, we tried the mochi donuts and they are pretty good! That said, they are $5 a piece and all the frostings taste similar in my opinion you can choose from strawberry, matcha, cookies and cream frostings or have yourself a glazed one.

The pho was fairly good but nothing mind blowing. Half of my appetizer, the vegetarian dumplings, was served cold in the inside and the rest too hot to even eat, which was disappointing. We ended up paying 90$ for three people which is a bit overpriced for the quality of the experience. The music was pretty good though.

I always look for Asian foods no matter where I go. This pho real is located at Newbury Street. We walked in and seated in a nice spot. Our waitress was not inside the restaurant most of the time, so we had to wait and ask for her. We got one pho noodles soup, one Bún and an order of chicken wings. Overall the foods are ok, not bad. When we got the bill, we realized they have credit card surcharge. After we paid and about to calculate the tips. My husband realized they already added 20% tips on our bill, which is not necessary. We always did a good tipping when we dine out. But because they added it to our bill without mentioning anything, which I don’t like. We won’t come back for sure. I will also share this with my friends who love to shop on Newbury Street.

Really liked the grilled pork vermicelli here, but the pho was a bit off the mark. Food here was on the more pricey side though

This is literally THE best Pho I’ve ever had. It’s amazing! Noodles are nice and chewy and they give you a nice plate of toppings! Please try the Pho! The Bahn Mi is also FANTASTIC!

I’m happy to have Pho here…the broth is tasty, the chilly and hoisin sauce made it perfect for a cold and windy day. Highly recommend to try their Pho menu.

I’ve been to Pho Real a handful of times with my family and we’ve gotten just about everything on the menu. I typically always get the Pho Special which is the best Pho I’ve ever gotten! My wife loves the pork vermicelli and on hot days I like getting the pork Bahn Mi. For appetizers I like the fried egg rolls and shrimp rockets. The grilled chicken is fantastic also (my daughter always gets that one). I have not had a bad Mochi Donut either. They are all really good. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant. .
