The atmosphere was good, the service was some of the best. The chicken teriyaki was very salty. The chicken Pho soup was great. Nice temperature to the broth, great presentation, chicken was tender. Boba tea was very good along with the Jasmine tea which I had only slightly sweetened.

Super disappointed by this place I ordered the cheese wontons and there was barely any cheese filling. Some wontons actually had NO cheese in them (see picture). The chicken and beef vermicelli were disappointing. I always finish the dishes at other Vietnamese restaurants but I couldn’t here. I was expecting pickled vegetables but there were none. And The fish sauce was under desirable. I’ll drive down to Tampa to get future Vietnamese food

This place has a lunch counter atmosphere. Concrete floor, basic table and chairs. Lots of hot condiments on the table with your utensils in a box on the table. The condiments are in refillable plastic bottles and were a bit sticky when you picked them up. The could use some soap and water. The concrete floor was a bit sticky also.

Went for a early Mother’s day dinner. Was delicious! Something for everyone, even our daughter who is incredibly picky eater enjoyed her food. The atmosphere was very beautiful as well. We felt welcome and comfortable right away. One of our new favorites now.

We were VERY impressed with this place: PHO joint in HERNANDO COUNTY!? Trust, it’s a MUST try. Enjoy many types of Pho, some Chinese and Vietnamese classics like Bàhn Mi sandwiches and authentic rice paper Spring Rolls. Minimalist, modern decor (light installation a nice touch!), pleasant staff and reasonable prices rounded out a great dining experience! Looking forward to many more visits!

I ate there twice and was disappointed both times. I thought the food was bland. My friend thought the food was good. I was there on a Wednesday from 12:30 – 2:00 PM. During that time only 15 customers came in. I can see why. I will mention that Tony the host/server was nice.

When you walk into the restaurant you automatically smell the delicious aroma of pho! Needless to say I was very excited to get their bowl of pho and it did not disappoint. The broth was super flavorful that I didn’t put hoisen sauce or sriacha in my pho which is of course the essential condiment for a bowl of pho. I ordered their grilled pork and egg roll to go and it was great as well. I recommend their pho and pork and shrimp egg roll very robust flavors. I can’t wait to try more of their menu once it fully opens but I’m super happy that we finally have a Vietnamese restaurant in brooksville! The pho is a must try! I will be back often good luck guys!

So google says they’re open till 830 on we get there at 750, which I get it ,cutting it close. They told me that they were closing 10 min early do to the cook not feeling good. I said that their hours were open till 830. He said no the kitchen closes at 8 and we close at 830. In my mind that makes no sense, as a restaurant with a kitchen closed what could you possibly sell for 30 min. Food is still great and I will return. Just fyi hrs are 30 min prior to close or if the cook doesn’t feel good!!
