We were able to get a table immediately and ordered pho with rare beef and chicken wings. Both were delicious. The waiter was very attentive and chatted with us about our kids and with them. We’ll stop in again if we’re in the area.

This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! With over 160 options it was hard to pick but I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here. I ordered the Pho with well done steak plus the Relax Blue Passion Fruit juice, and my husband ordered the vermicelli with lemongrass fried chicken plus the Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The servings were huge for the price and the food came out piping hot with truly amazing flavor. If we were staying in Easton longer, we would’ve came back a second time for the banh mi — locals raved about it! Thank you Pho Van for delicious food and great service.

We just visited for the first time the other day and it was DELICIOUS! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the food was amazing! Lots of options for both meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The waitress was even kind enough to bring vegan dipping sauce for me since I ordered tofu. The portions were generous and beautifully presented! We will definitely be visiting again!

This is what Pho is all about. The Pho Ga (chicken) was exceptional. Their broth was outstanding. I’ve had a ton of Pho…this is what you want. When we opened the broth, it was hot, fresh and you could smell all of the spices.

Loooovvveee Pho Van!!! So Tasty! My personal favorites are the stir fried lemongrass and chili chicken with rice and the veggie egg rolls…heaven in my mouth!! Hubby is a fan of the rare steak pho…a very tasty soup that is both crunchy and savory. It is even better spiced w siraccha and hoison sauce. Friends have recommended the Vietnamese crepe. Ingredients are always super fresh and service is excellent. Food is moderately priced and I would say is an average of $25 to $30 a person when we’ve gone for dinner. We have also done the online ordering which is wonderful for those nights we just want good food to take home…Pho Van is our go to.

I had a close family friend rave about this place. So we had to stop by after a trip home from OC. Stopped by with a large party and the food here was awesome. As authentic as it can get out in this area. We ordered everything from the spring rolls, Pho dac biet, jack fruit smoothies, grilled pork with broken rice, and the crispy egg rolls. Everything was flavored and seasoned well. The summer and egg rolls were a must order. The Pho broth itself was packed with plenty of juicy tender cut meats. Some of us sipped the bowl down to the last drop. One of our friends had food allergies and is gluten free. Glad they had options for her.
