It’s not the best Pho which I tried in my life but they making really I can’t say good soup but it’s OK, the soup it’s OK. What can I recommend them: remove fried onion from the soup which is will make this sup more classic and popular and also I would recommend when you put jalapeños on the side, put it little bit more. When I ordered my soup, it was only like three thing pieces of jalapeño that’s all?

I have never had food so consistently bad somewhere. I have received shrimp that was not deveined and a hair all in one order which is a serious health and safety issue, they constantly give me the wrong food, I paid extra for coffee jelly, and they gave my lychee jelly and that was my final straw. Food is cold and soggy constantly and the store needs to do better. All these issues spans across 4-5 different orders I have not once had a good experience with this place

Delicious spring rolls & boba honeydew smoothie! I tried the tofu spring rolls, they were very filling and the portion size was quite large as compared to Panda Express spring rolls.

Probably the best Pho I’ve had. Rich broth and substantial amount of meat for PT Special. It was so good, I forgot to take a pic before eating it. Lol.

Went for lunch and tried the beef pho with filet mignon and the tofu & veggie pho with chicken broth. The beef was surprisingly tender and flavorful, and the beef broth was better than I expected from a food court but it won’t win any awards. The veggie pho was not good…frozen vegetables do not belong in pho.

Pho & Tea is in the Oaks Mall food court, right next to the play area (which is closed temporarily). Great location. Their cheery green sign is the first thing to greet you. Just inside the mall door by the stacked parking, so easy to do to-go orders, and these folks have been troopers during the pandemic shutdown. I was there on a Sunday evening, and they were working tirelessly. If you love delicious pho soup and boba (honestly, who doesn’t?), this is a place to try out. They’ve been around for 3 years according to the owner (I met him when I was there), and hopefully they’ll be there many more years!

Really slow. Took about half an hour just for an order. Not that much employees, only 3 people who don’t really do nothing. People lining up to wait for their orders. Some who aren’t unpleasant with the satisfaction.

The best joint I’ve seen in a food court since that Afghan place in Fashion Square. This is serious Viet food. Share and enjoy

I would’ve given a five star rating if it wasn’t for the amount of errors I’ve had on my orders and I spend a lot of money at this restaurant. I know that doesn’t mean much these days because there’s a lot of overworked restaurant workers out there however some of us who don’t have vehicles, rely on delivery of food and would appreciate the chances of getting the order correct is greater than getting the order wrong.

I really do like the pho soup here. They also great have great Thai tea. I do have one problem though, I was expecting a different kind of pork from the steam buns but I would go with the sweet beans instead.
